Open the battery cover on base (illustration 1) by sliding the cover
and insert (3) 1.5V AA size Alkaline (or other high grade) battery
into the dock. Observe battery +/- polarities as marked on the
inside of the battery compartment. Then slide back the cover
tightly for sealing.
Filling the Dispenser Container:
IMPORTANT:
Do not ll above the MAX line that is printed on the container.
Remove the Locking Cap (illustration 2 ) by turning it in a counter
clockwise direction. You can pour hand soap directly into the
dispenser while attached to unit or by sliding the container in a
downward motion (illustration 3 ) removing the container. After
lling the bottle with soap, reinstall the Locking Cap and secure
by turning clockwise.

The Dispenser is manufactured to perform properly using standard
hand liquid soaps and hand sanitizers only. Do not use foam soaps,
or ‘sanitizers/soaps with granules’. Creams and lotions will not
work. Do not mix gels and liquid soaps together. Do not overll the
dispenser.

On/O Power:
It is not necessary to turn the Dispenser o after each use. Leave
on for maximum convenience/performance. Press the on/
o switch (illustration 4) and the Dispenser will be turned on.
Another press will turn it o. The indicator light (illustration 4) will
illuminate showing which bead size the unit is currently set.

For the rst time using the Dispenser, gently pull down the
plastic tip from the Dispensing Nozzle (illustration 5) to open the
valve vacuum seal.
TO PRIME THE UNIT: Press and hold the p AND q at the same
time until your liquid starts to dispense from the unit.

Liquid Bead Size Adjustment:
Press the p OR q “MODE SELECTION
BUTTON” (illustration 4) to adjust the
bead size.
Low Battery Indicator:
When batteries run low, all three LED
on the top panel will continuously ash.
Please change the batteries. See Battery
Warnings later in this manual.
Dispensing Hand Soap/Sanitizer Gel:
Place your hand under the Dispensing Nozzle
(illustration 6). The infrared sensor will detect your hand and
dispense a preset amount of hand soap. Leave your hand under
the Dispensing Nozzle until the pump stops. Dispensing amounts
may vary depending on the hand soap/sanitizer/gel used.
Cleaning of the Drip Tray:
Slide o Drip Tray as shown in (illustration 7 ).

Troubleshooting:
SYMPTOM: All 3 LED lights ash continuously
This means that the batteries are no longer working. Replace the dead batteries with three (3)
1.5V AA batteries.
SYMPTOM: Unit will not dispense soap
If your unit will not dispense soap, you can try the below methods to get the soap owing again:
Method #1 – Priming the unit
Press and hold the up and down arrows at the same time until the soap starts to ow out through
the spout. This could take up to 30 seconds.
Method #2 – The spout
Gently pull down on the dispensing tip from the dispensing nozzle. Also, make sure that any
dried soap is cleared from this area.
Method #3 – Type of soap
Using the incorrect type of soap can also cause dispensing issues. Make sure that you are using
standard hand soap or hand sanitizer. Do not use:
• Hand soap/sanitizer with granules
• Foam soaps
• Creams or lotions
• Mixture of gels, soaps, water
Method #4 – Dispenser container
Make sure that the dispenser container has enough soap in it; however, do not go above the ll
line.
Battery Warnings:
• Do not mix new and used alkaline batteries.
• Do not use standard (carbon-zinc), lithium or rechargeable batteries
(Nickel Metal Hydride).
• Do not mix new and old batteries. Replace all.
• Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged.
• Used batteries should be removed immediately and must be recycled or disposed of
properly according to governmental regulations.
• The supply terminals are not to be short-circuited.
• Only batteries of the same or equivalent type as recommended are to be used.
• Batteries are to be inserted with the correct polarity.
• Do not leave the batteries where a child or pet could play with or swallow them. If
batteries are swallowed, contact a physician immediately.
• Do not dispose of batteries in re-batteries may leak or explode.
