Using Your Dump Cart

To Dump: Pull latch toward your pulling vehicle. The cart will

tilt back to the dump position.

To Return to Pulling Position: Push down on the front of
the cart body until the latch engages and pedestal secures to
the tow bar.

Your pulling vehicle’s speed should be governed by the
weight of the load. The heavier the load, the slower the speed
for safe operation.

Warning: Danger of Improper Use of Cart:

This unit is intended for use only with riding mowers or trac­tors. It is definitely NOT for highway use, being pulled at high
speeds or transporting passengers of any sort. Such use
could result in injuries for which we cannot be held responsi­ble.

Maintenance Instructions:

Check tire pressure at regular intervals. Proper inflation will
prolong the life of the tires.

Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Turn the hopper upside down for ease of assembly

Step 2: Bolt axle housing to the underside of the hopper, using the 3/8” round head screws

Step 3: Bolt handle and yoke brace to the front of the cart (sandwich the flat plate on the handle between the hopper and the yoke
brace when bolting).

Step 4: Bolt the front tubes of the handle to the hopper

Step 5: Position the tongue assembly on the axle housing and the yoke brace so that the tongue latch is facing forward and po inting
downward

Step 6: Slide the axle into the axle housing and through the rear hole in the tongue member

Step 7: Position the tires onto the axle and place a machinery bushing over the axle and against the tire hub. Use a cotter pin to ho ld
the wheels in position

Step 8: Invert your cart. It is now ready for use

Folding Tongue:

Remove front clevis pin, fold arm back, secure arm
with the clevis pin through the back hole.

To Unfold Tongue:

Remove clevis pin from back hole, fold arm forward,
secure with the clevis pin through the front hole.
