Setting your softwar e le ve ls
Correct adjust me nt o f mi cr ophone level is
important for opti mu m pe rf ormance.
Ideally, the m ic rophone level should be as
high as possible without ove rl oading the
input of your computer. If you hear
distortion , or if your recor di ng pro gram
shows levels that are consis te ntly
overloaded (at pea k leve ls ), turn th e
microphone vol um e (o r le ve l) down,
either through you r cont ro l pa nel (or
system prefere nc es ) se ttings, or through
your recording sof tw ar e. If yo ur rec ording
program shows insu fficie nt lev el , yo u ca n
increase the micro ph on e ga in either from
the control panel (or system pre fe re nces)
settings or throug h your rec or ding
program.
Note:(Applicable for MAC and Windows)
replug the microphone into rear back USB
port of your computer.
2. If the mic is recognized but no sound comes
out,please check whether the System
Sound is set to be muted.
3. If the mic is recognized but no sound comes
out,and your PC is running on Windows
10,please go to settings > privacy >
microphone and click the “Allow apps to
access the microphone”to ON,then restart
your PC.

recording by using Audacity. Come to

3. Select the Recording tab, and choose
“USB PnP Audio Device” as the default
device.When you speak to mic, bar-type
icon will turn green and bounce. If it
remains unchanged, please reset
computer and replug in the USB port.If
there’s still no “USB PnP Audio Device”,
please contact FIFINE customer service.

1. Right-click the speaker icon at the bottom
right of the screen. Click "Sounds".
Pleas e wait for a few secs w he n first time
opera tion, since dri ve r of microphone t akes
tim e to a utomaticall y in stall.
The re may be no pop- up w indow or
messa ge though. (If pl ug ging receiver i n a
different USB po rt, driver instal ls again).
Aft er i nstallation , you can test the mic by
speak ing to it. If the mic p icks up no sound,
pleas e follow procedur es below.
3. Nex t, clic k Sou nd to dis play th e Sou nd
pref ere nc e pan e.
4. Click the ou tput ta b and make certain
“US B PnP Audio Device” is selec ted as
the default input device. Dra g progr ess
bar to adjust volume of outpu t.
5. If you need to input your voice from the
3.5 mm headphone jack of Macbook,
cho ose the output from “Inter nal Spe aker”
opt ion. Drag progress bar to adjust
vol ume of input.

If you want to monit or your voic e when
using Macbook, you must turn on any
recording softw are first(Au dacity for
example), make sure to click “So ftware
Playthrough(on)”, then click the record
button to begin,otherwise you can not hear
any sound when you speak to the mic.

output selected.
Note： log out the [Audacity] (or other
recording software you are using) if you
find the USB microphone is unavailable.
And restart in the software after the mic is
re-plugged.
