INTR ODUCT ION
1. Keep the volum e all the way down when pl ugging the mic into usb port , and graduall y turn volume up fo r the perfect effect during the use.

1. Plug the free end of the provided USB cable into the USB port on your computer. Your computer will automatically recognize the USB device and install a driver.
2. To se lect the K669 a s your audi o input, fi rst, open you r System Pref erences.
3. Nex t, click Soun d to displa y the Sound p reference p ane.
4. Cl ick the input tab and make certain “USB PnP Audio Device” is selec ted as th e default input de vice. Dra g progres s bar to adjust volum e of inpu t.
5. If yo u need to outpu t your voic e from the 3. 5mm headpho ne jack of Mac book, choos e the outpu t from “Int ernal Speak er” optio n. Drag p rogress b ar t o adjust vo lume of out put.
NOTICE :
If you want to monitor your voice when using Macbook, you must turn on any recording software first(Audacity for example), make sure to click “Software Playthrough(on)”, then click the record button to begin, otherwise you can not hear any sound when you speak to the mic.
Choose the default Dictation&Speech software when you use the speech to text in Macbook,click "On" under Dictation window, so that your microphone can be recognized by the software.
Plea se wait for a few s ecs when fi rst time op eration, si nce drive r of mic rophone tak es time to au tomatic ally instal l. There ma y be no pop -up windo w or m essage th ough. (If p lugging U SB i n a diff erent USB por t, driver i nstalls a gain). Afte r installat ion, you ca n test the mi c by speaking t o it. If the mi c pick s up no sound , pl ease foll ow proced ures belo w.

3.Select the Recording tab, and choose “USB PnP Audio Device” as the default device.When you speak to mic, bar-type icon will turn green and bounce. If it remains unchanged, please reset computer and replug in the USB port.If there’s still no “USB PnP Audio Device” ,please contact FIFINE after service.
4. If you want to directly monitor your recording,click Microphone
”USB PnP Audio Device”- “Properties”-”Listen”-click”Listen to this device”-”Apply”.No sound can be heard through earphone, if you
don’t follow this procedure. NOTE:Click off “Listen to this device” when you are using any recording software or chatting software(Skype).
5. Double click on the “USB PnP Audio Device” icon to open the
Microphone Properties window. Click the speaker icon under the
Levels tab.Select the Levels tab(14-20db) when the speaker output
maximum volume to adjust microphone level.

1. If computer prompts that it’s unable to identify USB devices,
please restart computer and replug the microphone into other
USB port.
2. If mic recognized but no sound comes out, please check whether
System Sound is mute and whether you have turned volume
control on microphone to minimum.
3. if mic recognized but not sound out,and your computer runs
windows 10, please go to settings>privacy>microphone and click
the Allow apps to access the microphone to ON then restart.

Setting your software levels

It is important to position the microphone directly in line (on axis) with the person speaking/ singing or instrument (or other sound source) to achieve the best frequency response of the microphone.For use in speaking/singing applications, the ideal placement for the microphone is directly in front of the person speaking/singing.
