Warranty
Before contacting the manufacturer’s service centre, try to clarify the probable causes of the defect
with the help of the instruction manual. In the event of a call, communicate the model and serial number
of the product, date of purchase and a description of the problem.
Application of Warranty
The warranty applies to manufacturer products under this warranty. The manufacturer guarantees the
equipment against defects in workmanship and materials, subject to compliance with the instructions
contained in the instruction manual and that the product is used within the terms and conditions
established.
The warranty provides for the elimination of any damages or defects which occurred during the warranty
period and covered by the warranty. The material costs and timing of work are covered by the
manufacturer.
If during the course of the elimination of faults or defects covered by the warranty, if repairs or
replacements of parts not included in the warranty are made, the cost of repair or replacement parts are
charged to the customer on presentation of the relevant cost estimate.
Duration of Warranty
The warranty period begins from the date of purchase of the device and will expire after 24 months,
even if warranty claims have been made during that period of time. In this regard, it is essential to refer
to the sales invoice. All requests will be considered valid if made directly to the manufacturer during the
warranty period.
Effective date of warranty coverage
The claims under the warranty will be valid only if the device is accompanied by an invoice containing
all the necessary data, such as date of purchase, model and serial number. The warranty is
transferable, for example in the case of a private sale, only in the presence of the above-mentioned
documents proving the purchase.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty shall not cover damage resulting from improper use, accident, modification, tampering or
improper maintenance, whether due to fraud, negligence, or incompetence including any damage
caused by incorrect voltages from power surges or power sources supply incorrect, damages and
breakages that occurred due to use of products under poor environmental conditions and contrary to the
instructions given in the manuals of operation and maintenance, damage caused by weather, accidental
falls, shocks, vandalism.
Excluded are the errors and damages caused by improper assembly or installation (if not performed by
the manufacturer), external events, such as damage in transit, damage caused by impact or shock,
repairs or modifications made by unauthorized third parties and with materials parts that are not original.
It does not include consumables (batteries, printer cartridges, etc ...) wear parts (mouse, print heads,
cartridges or magnetic media, etc ...) and damages arising from the use of parts subject to wear and
tear that does not satisfy the required technical characteristics, such as lamps or filters. In case the fault
proves out of warranty, the manufacturer will charge the costs of removal and troubleshooting according
to the rates in force, the possible replacement of parts under warranty will be implemented with the
simple signature of acceptance of replacement by the customer on the Report of Technical Assistance.
