INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR NP99-38/ Oe39-38/ SL69-38/ SP89-38/ TR49-38/ TRS49-38
Thank you for purchasing one of our fine quality products. Your seat cover is engineered from high quality materials and designed with precision to give you a long-lasting, well-adjusted fit.
A) CUSHION COVER – “40” PORTION
1) Move the seat to most forward and uppermost positions
2) Release back flap on bottom of backrest by removing the plastic clip underneath the seat cushion
3) Place cover on seat cushion ensuring long side strap is on the door side
4) Pass back flap of cover through crevice
5) Feed straps under seat and buckle to back of cushion cover
6) Pass the side strap through the opening between the seat and the molded plastic and under the seat
7) Buckle to the other side strap
8) Adjust straps to equalize tension
B) BACKREST COVER - “40” PORTION
1) Remove headrest (see note below)
2) Slip cover over backrest and pull down firmly (see air bag warning below)
3) Pass attached velcro strips through crevice and apply to back of seat cushion
4) Pass back flap of backrest (previously released) through opening on cover
5) Adjust straps and velcro to equalize tension
6) Re-install the plastic clip under the cushion
7) Replace headrest (see note below)
C) BACKREST COVER/ARMREST – “20” PORTION
1) Place the armrest/storage compartment in up position and center cover
2) Position adhesive velcro supplied to align with velcro on cover around the edge of cup holder. NOTE: BEFORE
PLACING VELCRO, CLEAN AREA WITH ALCOHOL SWAB PROVIDED.
3) Snug the cover from top and bottom and place armrest into down position
4) Open the lid and position the velcro tab on back through the crevice where lid and armrest are hinged
5) Position adhesive velcro supplied inside the storage compartment to align with velcro on cover
6) Adjust all velcro to equalize tension
D) LOWER BACKREST – “20” PORTION
1) Slip cover over lower backrest piece. For easier installation, lift the cushion to a ¾ up position
2) Position adhesive velcro (supplied) inside the storage
compartment to align with velcro on front of cover NOTE:
BEFORE PLACING VELCRO, CLEAN AREA WITH ALCOHOL SWAB PROVIDED..
3) Apply sewn velcro on back of cover to carpet
4) Adjust for a better fit if needed
E) CUSHION COVER – CENTER “20” PORTION
1) Open cushion lid to up position
2) Center the cover on the seat
3) Tuck the back part of cushion cover through seat crevice
4) Pass the side straps under back corners of seat and secure to the end buckles
5) Adjust straps/buckles to equalize tension

- Ensure pre-cut holes in seat cover align with holes in base.
- Replace headrests
- Press in side release buttons
- Lift off
WARNING: DO NOT BLOCK AIR BAGS WHEN INSTALLING SEAT COVERS:
1) Seats with integrated seat airbags must be covered only with seat covers designed with openings. Make sure that the openings in the sides of the seat covers are positioned so that the seat covers do not block or interfere with the deployment of the air bag. The attached flap tucks inside the cutout and should be able to open freely in case of deployment.
2) Constantly check your seat covers to ensure they are properly positioned to allow for complete air bag deployment.
