Bestimmungsgemäß dient die Vertikal-Drucksperrplatte 1 dazu einen
Ventilwechsel unter Betriebs- und Vorsteuerdruck zu ermöglichen. Die
Vertikal-Drucksperrplatte 1 befindet sich zwischen der Anschlussplatte (B)
und dem Ventil 5.
Warnung
Vor unkontrollierten Bewegungen von Bauteilen!
Verletzungen können die Folge sein.
• Stellen Sie sicher, dass im drucklosen Zustand montiert bzw. demon-
tiert wird.
Hinweis
Das Distanzstück 3 enthält einen Kleberauftrag, der sich beim verschrau-
ben mit der Anschlussplatte (B) verbindet (Aushärtungszeit 24 h) und beim
evtl. demontieren zerstört werden würde.
• Beachten Sie, dass die Vertikal-Drucksperrplatte 1 nach der Montage
nicht mehr demontiert werden kann.
2. Vormontage

• Schieben Sie die Lichtleiter-
verlängerung 4 auf das
Elektronikmodul (A).

• Prüfen Sie die richtige Lage
der konischen Ringdichtung (D)
(verjüngende Seite unten).
• Positionieren Sie die
Vertikal-Drucksperrplatte 1
auf der Anschlussplatte (B).
• Platzieren Sie die Unterleg-
scheiben 2 mit der Rundung
nach außen in die seitlichen
Schlitze.
• Befestigen Sie die Vertikal-
Drucksperrplatte 1 mit beiden Distanzstücken 3.
Halten Sie das zulässige Anziehdrehmoment ein.

• Prüfen Sie die richtige Lage
der konischen Ringdichtung (E)
(verjüngende Seite unten).
• Positionieren Sie das Ven-
til 5 auf der Vertikal-
Drucksperrplatte 1.
• Drehen Sie die Schrauben (F)
fest. Halten Sie das zulässige
Anziehdrehmoment ein.
Info
Die Vertikal-Drucksperrplatte 1 versorgt das Ventil 5 mit interner
Steuerluft.
4. Wechseln des Ventils 5 unter Betriebs- und Vorsteuerdruck

• Sperren Sie den Betriebsdruck auf dem entsprechenden Ventilplatz ab, indem Sie
das Betätigungselement (G)
nach unten drücken.
• Verriegeln Sie die Druck-
sperrplatte 1 in diesem Zu-
stand indem Sie das nach
unten gedrückte Betätigungselement (G) um 90°
nach rechts drehen.

Nach dem Absperren des
Betriebsdrucks:
• Drehen Sie die Schrauben (F)
auf.
• Tauschen Sie das Ventil 5
aus. Halten Sie das zulässige
Anziehdrehmoment ein
( Abschnitt 3).
Erst nach dem Ventilwechsel:
• Entriegeln Sie die Druck-
sperrplatte 1 indem Sie das
Betätigungselement (G) um
90° nach links drehen.
Info
Nach dem Wechseln eines Ventils im betätigten Zustand, ist das neue Ventil gegebenenfalls erneut elektrisch zu betätigen.

The vertical pressure shut-off plate 1 is intended to permit a valve change
under operational and pilot pressure. The vertical pressure shut-off plate 1
is located between the sub-base (B) and the valve 5.
Warning
Beware of uncontrolled movements of components;
they can result in injuries.
• Make sure that mounting or removal is performed in the pressureless
state.
Note
The distance piece 3 includes an application of adhesive that connects it
to sub-base (B) when it is screwed in place (setting time 24 hours) and
that would be destroyed in case of removal.
• Please note that the vertical pressure shut-off plate 1 can no longer be
removed after mounting.
2. Pre-assembly

• Push the fibre-optic cable ex-
tension 4 onto the electronics module (A).

• Check that the conical ring
seal (D) is in the correct
position
(tapered side down).
• Position the vertical
p
ressure
shut-off plate 1 on the subbase (B).
• Place the washers 2 with
the round side outward in
the lateral slots.
• Fasten the vertical pressure
shut-off plate 1 with both
distance pieces 3.
Observe the permitted tightening torque.

• Check that the conical ring
seal (E) is in the correct position
(tapered side down).
• Position the valve 5 on the
vertical pressure shut-off
plate 1.
• Tighten the screws (F). Ob-
serve the permitted tightening torque.
Information
The vertical pressure shut-off plate 1 supplies the valve 5 with internal
pilot air.
4. Replacing the valve 5 under operating and pilot pressure

• Block the operating pressure
on the corresponding valve
position by pressing the actuating element (G) downward.
• Now lock
the pressure shut-
off plate 1 by turning the
downward-
p
ressed actuating
element (G) 90° to the right.

After cutting off the operating
pressure:
• Unscrew the screws (F).
• Replace the valve 5. Ob-
serve the permitted tightening torque
(Section 3).
Only after the valve change:
• Unlock the pressure shut-off
plate 1 by turning the actu-
ating element (G) 90° to the
left.
Information
After replacement of a valve in the actuated state, the new valve is actuated again electrically, where appropriate.
