Function and application
The LFR-..., LR-... consists of a
chamber with a diaphragm.
Both sides of this diaphragm are
subjected to pressure forces or spring
forces.
The balance can be modified by
adjustment of the pressure setting
button.
If the forces are not equal, the
diaphragm will move and the valve
plunger will rise from the valve seat.
Compressed air will then flow until the
balanc e has been res tore d.
The LFR-..., LR-... adjusts the incoming
compressed air to the set working
pressure and compensates fluctuations
in pre ss ure .
The LF-..., LFM..-..., LFR-... with water
separator frees the compressed air of
dirt particles and condense d water.

Funktion und Anwendung
Das LFR-..., LR-... besteht aus einer
Kammer mit einer Membran.
An dieser Membran wirken beidseitig
Druck- oder Fe derkräfte.
Je nach Einstellung des
Druck-Einstellknopfes ergibt sich ein
anderer Gleich gewich tszustan d.
Bei Ungleichgewicht der Kräfte bewegt
sich die Membran und der Ventilstößel
hebt vom Ventilsitz ab.
Druckluft strömt nach bis der
Gleichgewichtszustand wieder erreicht
ist.
Das LFR-..., LR-... regelt die zugeleitete
Druckluft auf den eingestellten
Arbeitsdruck und gleicht
Druckschwankungen aus.

Das LF-..., LFM..-..., LFR-... mit
Wasserabscheider befreit die Druckluft
von Schmutzpartikeln und
Kondenswasser.
