1 Funktion und Anwendung

Der Anschlag KYC in Verbindung mit dem Stoßdämpferhal­ter DADP-DGC ermöglicht innerhalb des Hubbereichs:
– eine gedämpfte Endlage des Schlittens
– eine exakte Endlage des Schlittens

in beliebiger Position mit Festanschlag.
Der Anschlag KYCdarf bestimmungsgemäß nur in
Verbindung mit Linearantrieben des Typs
DGC-...-GF/KF/FA oder DGCI eingesetzt werden.

dem DADP-DGC stets mit eingeschraubten Original­Stoßdämpfern mit Anschlaghülse und Distanzmutter.

• BerücksichtigenSie bei der Montage des Linear­antriebs, dass der Anschlag KYC über die Kontur des
DGC(I) hinausragt.

4 Fitting

• Always operate stop KYC in conjunctionwith the
DADP-DGC with screwed-in original shock absorbers
with stop sleeves and spacing plates.

• When fitting the linear drive, take into account the
fact that stop KYC projects over the contour of the
DGC(I).

4Montering

Notera....................................................

• I kombination med DADP-DGC ska anslaget KYC alltid
användasmed iskruvad original-stötdämpare med
anslagshylsa och distansmutter.

• Observera vid montering av linjärenheten att
anslaget KYC skjuter ut ovanförprofilen på DGC(I).

sv Montering och idrifttagning får endast utföras av

behörig personal enligt bruksanvisningen.
Uppgifterna/anvisningarna i dokumentationen som
medföljer respektive produkt ska beaktas.

Zur Montage des Anschlagwinkels am KYC (Î Bild 2):

1.Montieren Sie den Anschlagwinkel 2 mit der
Befestigungsschraube 3 (bei KYC-50/63 mit
beiliegender Unterlegscheibe 7) auf de r gewünschten
Seite.

2. Fixieren Sie den Anschlag im Schraubstock 8.

3. Drehen Sie die Befestigungsschraube fest.
Das Anziehdrehmoment beträgt M

Zur Montage des Anschlags KYC am Antrieb DGC(I)
(Î Bild 3):

• Schwenken Sie den Anschlag auf den Schwalben­schwanz 9.

• VerschiebenSie den Anschlag in die gewünschte
Position.

• Drehen Sie zunächst alle Gewindestifte 4 handfest ein.

Dadurch wird eine gleichmäßige Klemmung erzielt.

• Drehen Sie dann die Gewindestifte fest.
Das Anziehdrehmoment beträgt M

• Sichern Sie die Gewindestifte mit Schraubensiche­rungsmittel.

5Inbetriebnahme

• Vollziehen Sie die Inbetriebnahme anhand der beigeleg­ten Bedienungsanleitung DGC(I).
Dabei sind folgende Größen zusätzlich zu beachten:
– der zul. justierbare Endlagenbereich L (Î Bild 4/5)

des Anschlags zur Feineinstellung der Endlage.

– das Anziehdrehmoment M

Fittingthe stop bracket to the KYC (Î Fig. 2):

1. Fit the stop bracket 2 with the fastening screw 3
(with KYC-50/63: with the washer 7 supplied)to the
desired side.

2. Fasten the stop in the vice 8.

3. Tighten the fastening screw.
The tightening torque is M

Fittingstop KYC to drive DGC(I) (Î Fig. 3):

• Swing the stop onto the dove tail 9.

• Shift the stop into the desired position.

• Tighten all threaded pins 4 at first by hand.
This will ensure equal clamping.

• Then tighten the threaded pins.
The tightening torque is M

• Lock the threaded pins with a screw locking medium.

5 Commissioning

• Complete the commissioning as described in the
operatinginstructions DGC(I).
Pay attention here also to the following variables:
– the permitted adjustable end position range L

(Î Fig. 4/5) of the stop for the accurate adjustment
of the end stroke.

– the tightening torque M

För montering av anslagsvinkelnpå KYC (Î Bild 2):

1.Montera anslagsvinkeln 2 med fästskruven 3
(vid KYC-50/63: med bifogade underläggsbrickan 7)
på önskad sida.

2. Fixera anslaget i ett skruvstädet 8.

3. Dra åt fästskruven.
Åtdragningsmomentet uppgår till M

För montering av anslagetKYC på cylindern DGC(I)
(Î Bild 3):

• Montera anslaget på laxstjärten 9.

• Flytta anslaget till önskad position.

• Dra först åt alla gängade stift 4 för hand.
På så sätt erhålls en jämn fastklämning.

• Dra sedan åt de gängade stiften ordentligt.
Åtdragningsmomentet uppgår till M

• Säkra de gängade stiften med skruvsäkringshjälp­medel.

5 Idrifttagning

• Utför idrifttagning enligt den bifogade bruksanvisningen
DGC(I).
Beakta därvid följande värden:
– det till. justerbara ändlägesområdet L (Î Bild 4/5)

för anslaget för fininställning av ändläget.

– åtdragningsmomentet M

1 Funcionamiento y utilización

El tope KYC, junto con el soporte de amortiguador DADP­DGC permite realizar lo siguiente, dentro del margen de la
carrera:
– una posición final amortiguada para la carrera
– unaposiciónfinalexactaparalacorrederaencualquier

posición con un tope fijo.
El tope KYC sólo puede utilizarse como está previsto,
junto c on actuadores lineales tipo DGC-...-GF/KF/FA o
DGCI.

1 Fonctionnement et application

La butée KYC en association avec le support pour amortis­seur DADP-DGC permet au sein de l’intervalle de la course
d’avoir :
– la position finale du chariot amortie
– une position quelconque amortie.
Conformément à l’usage prévu, la butée KYC doit unique­ment être utilisée en association avec les vérins sans tige
de type DGC-...-GF/KF/FA ou DGCI.

La battuta KYC, in combinazione con il supporto ammor­tizzatore DADP-DGC, consente all’interno di un intervallo

posizione qualsiasi con battuta fissa.
La battuta KYC è destinata per un utilizzo solo in

distanciadoras.

• Cuando monte el actuador lineal, tenga en cuenta el
hecho que el tope KYC sobresale del contorno del
DGC(I).

4Montage

Risque d’endommagement du vérin sans tige DGC(I).

• En association avec le DADP-DGC, utiliser toujours la
butée KYC avec des amortisseurs d’o rigine vissés à
l’aide de la douille de butée et de l’écrou d’écarte­ment.

• Lors du montage du vérin sans tige, tenir compte du
fait que la butée KYC dépasse le contour du DGC(I).

lineare, che la battuta KYC sporge dal profilo del
DGC(I).

Montaje del tope en escuadra al KYC (Î Fig. 2):

1.Monteeltopeenescuadra2 con el tornillo de fijación
3 (con KYC-50/63: con la arandela 7 suministrada) en
el lado elegido.

2.Fije el tope en el tornillo de banco 8.

3.Apriete los tornillos de fijación.
El par de apriete es de M

Montaje del tope KYCal actuador DGC(I) (Î Fig. 3):

• Coloque el tope en la cola de milano 9.

• Desplace el tope a la posición deseada.

• Apriete todos los pasadores roscados 4 primero a
mano. Esto asegurará una sujeción regular.

• Luego apriete todos los pasadores roscados.
El par de apriete es de M

• Bloquee los pasadores roscados con un medio de
bloqueo de tornillos.

5 Puesta a punto

• Completelapuestaapuntocomosedescribeenlas
instrucciones de funcionamiento DGC(I).
Preste atención aquí también a las siguientes variables:
– el margen de posición final ajustable y admisible L

posiciones finales.

Pour monter la butée KYC sur le vérin DGC(I) (Î Fig. 3) :

• Pivoter la butée sur la rainure en queue d’aronde 9.

• Déplacer la butée sur la position désirée.

• Ensuite, serrer toutes vis sans tête 4 àlamain.
Cette opération permet un serrage homogène.

• Ensuite, serrer les vis sans tête.
Le couple de serrage est de M

• Sécuriser les vis sans tête à l’aide de frein filet.

5Miseenservice

• Terminerlamiseenserviceàl’aidedelanoticed’utili­sation acc ompagnant le vérin sans tige DGC(I).
Lors de cette opération, respecter les pointssuivants:
– la zone de s positions de fin de course admissibles

1. Montare la squadretta di arresto 2 conlavitedi
fissaggio 3 (nel caso del tipo KYC-50/63: con la
rondella 7 contenuta nella confezione) sul lato
desiderato.

2.Fissare la battuta nella morsa a vite 8.

3.Stringerelavitedifissaggio.
La coppia di serraggio corrisponde a M

Montaggio dell’angolo di battuta alla KYC all’attuatore
DGC(I) (Î Fig. 3):

• Spostarelabattutasullaguidaacodadirondine9.

• Spostarelabattutanellaposizioneprevista.

• Stringere a mano prima tutti i perni filettati 4.
In questo modo si ottiene un bloccaggio uniforme.

• Serrare poi i perni.
La coppia di serraggio corrisponde a M

• Fissare i perni filettati con sigillante per viti.

5 Messa in servizio

• Eseguire la messa in servizio osservando le istruzioni
d’uso allegate DGC(I).
Osservare inoltre le seguenti dimensioni:
– l’intervallo finecorsa regolabile amm. L (Î Fig. 4/5)

della battuta per la regolazione di precisione dei
finecorsa.
