2 Funktion und Anwendung
Die geschütze Führung der Linearachse DG..−/FDG−/DMES−...−GA bedeckt alle Pro
filhinterschneidungen der Linearachsenführung. Sie bietet eine glatte, reinigungs
freundliche Oberfläche. Das Abdeckprofil schützt die Führung gegen herabfallende
Partikel.
Sie dient bestimmungsgemäß als Variantenelement ab Werk an Linearachsen des
Typs DGE(L)−...−KF, DGP(L)−..., DGPI(L)−..., FDG−... und DMES−.... Sie ist nicht vorge
sehen für Linearachsen des Typs
DGE−...−RF.
3 Voraussetzungen für den Produkteinsatz
Hinweis
S Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Punkte dieses Kapitels immer eingehalten
werden.
Dies macht das Produktverhalten ordnungsgemäß und sicher.
S Vergleichen Sie die Grenzwerte in dieser Bedienungsanleitung mit Ihrem
aktuellen Einsatzfall (z.B. Käfte, Frequenzen, Massen, Temperaturen,
Geschwindigkeiten).

S Platzieren Sie die Linearachse mit ausrei
chendem Freiraum f und g zu den Umge
bungskonturen.
Sonst kann das Abdeckprofil nicht abmon
tiert werden und behindert im Wartungs
fall den Zugang zu den relevanten Stellen.
Das bedeutet, dass die komplette Achse
zu Wartungszwecken ausgebaut werden
muss.

Bürstenabstreifer 2 demontieren.
Abdeckprofil 1 herausziehen.

deren Bedienungsanleitung montieren.
Zur Wiedermontage:

S Montieren Sie das Abdeckprofil folgendermaßen:
Abdeckprofil 1 einschieben.
Halteschrauben 3 festdrehen.
Bürstenabstreifer 2 montieren (Anziehdrehmomente siehe Bild 9).
Bei Verwendung von Stoßdämpfern direkt im Profilhalter 6:
S Verwenden
Sie ausschließlich den
Bausatz gemäß Kapitel Zubehör".
Nur dieser enthält die Einschraub
elemente für den korrekten Einbau
des Stoßdämpfers.

5 Inbetriebnahme
Hinweis
Bereits ab Werk montierte geschützte Führungen bedürfen keiner Nacharbeit.
S Lassen Sie die Schrauben und Stellteile unverändert, für die es keine
ausdrückliche Aufforderung dazu in dieser Bedienungsanleitung gibt.
S Entfernen Sie die Abdeckvorrichtungen an
der zur Lastbefestigung vorgesehenen
Läuferfläche folgendermaßen:
Bürstenabstreifer 2 demontieren.
Nutabdeckung aJ herausschieben.
Bürstenabstreifer wieder montieren.
Abdeckkappen 9 herausheben
(nurbei benötigten Bohrungen).

6 Wartung und Pflege
S Fetten Sie die Wälzlagerkassetten des
Schlittens in Intervallen gemäß der
Bedienungsleitung Ihrer Linearachse.
Zur Freilegung der Schmiernippel aA:
S Vollziehen Sie den Abbau des Abdeckpro
fils wie im Kapitel Einbau" beschrieben.
S Reinigen Sie die DG..−/FDG−/DMES−...−GA
ausschließlich mit Wasser (max. 60 °C).
7 Ausbau und Reparatur
Zum Tausch stark beanspruchter Teile:
S Bestellen Sie einen Verschleißteilsatz (für die geschützte Führung).

2 Method of operation and use
The protected guide of linear axis DG..−/FDG−/DMES−...−GA covers all profile under
cuts of the linear axis guide. It offers a smooth easy−to−clean surface. The cover
profile protects the guide against dirt particles falling down onto the axis.
The protected guide has been designed as a factory−supplied variant element for
linear axes types
DGE(L)−...−KF, DGP(L)−..., DGPI(L)−..., FDG−... and DMES−.... It is
not intended for linear axes of type DGE−...−RF.
3 Conditions of use
Please note
S Make sure that the specifications in this chapter are always observed.
The product will then function correctly and reliably.
S Compare the maximum values in these operating instructions with your actual
application (e.g. forces, frequencies, masses, speeds, temperatures).
Only if the loading limits are observed can the device be operated in
accord
ance with the relevant safety guidelines.
S Take the ambient conditions at the

S Place the linear axis with sufficient space f
and g from other machines etc.
Otherwise the cover profile cannot be
removed and will impede access to the
relevant parts for maintenance. This
means that in such cases the complete
axis would have to be dismantled for
maintenance purposes.

S Always place the guide rail 5 upwards
(see chapter Technical specifications").
In order to make this possible, the slide
has two identical interfaces for fastening
a load.
Only if the DG..−/FDG−/DMES−...−GA is
positioned horizontally, will the guide
rail reliably prevent dirt from entering.
The DG..−/FDG−/DMES−...−GA does not
offer protection against dust particles
whirled up.

Pull out the cover profile 1.
Fit the shock absorber support type
KYP−... in accordance with the operat
ing instructions.

S Fit the cover profile as follows:

the cover profile 1.
Tighten the support screws 3.
Fit the brush wiper 2 (tightening torque see Fig. 9).
Using shock absorbers directly in the profile support 6:
S Use only the assembly kit in accordance
with the chapter Accessories".
Only this contains the screw−in elements
for the correct fitting of the shock
absorber.

5 Commissioning
Please note
Protected guides which have already been fitted at the factory do not require
subsequent adjustment.
S Do not modify the settings of screws and adjusting elements if there is no
direct request to do this in these operating instructions.
S Remove the cover devices from the slide
surface intended for fastening the load
follows:
Dismantle the brush wiper 2.
Push out the groove cover aJ.
Fit the brush wiper again
Lift out the cover caps 9
(only if holes are required).

6 Care and maintenance
S Lubricate the roller bearing cassettes of
the slide at intervals as specified in the
operating instructions for the linear axis.
Access to the lubricating nipple aA:
S Remove the cover profile as described in
the chapter Fitting".
S Clean the DG..−/FDG−/DMES−...−GA only
with water (max. 60 °C).
7 Dismantling and repairs
Replacing heavily worn parts:
S Order a wearing parts kit for the protected guide.

2 Método de funcionamiento y uso
La protección del eje lineal DG..−/FDG−/DMES−...−GA cubre todas las hendiduras de
la guía de eje lineal. Proporciona una superficie lisa y fácil de limpiar. El perfil de
cubierta protege la guía contra la caída de par tículas de suciedad que pudieran
caer en el eje.
La protección ha sido diseñada como elemento variante
para ejes lineales tipos DGE(L)−...−KF, DGP(L)−..., DGPI(L)−..., FDG−... y DMES−....
No está prevista para ejes lineales del tipo DGE−...−RF.
3 Condiciones de utilización
Por favor, observar
S Deben observarse en todo momento las instrucciones dadas en este capítulo.
Con ello, el producto funcionará de forma correcta y fiable.
S Compare los valores máximos especificados en estas instrucciones de funcio

podrá retirarse e impedirá el acceso a las
correspondientes piezas para manteni
miento. Esto significa que en tales casos,
todo el eje deberá ser desmontado con
fines de mantenimiento.

S Colocar siempre el raíl de guía 5 mirando
hacia arriba (véase el capítulo Especifica

S No modifique los ajustes de los tornillos ni pasadores roscados si no se
indica explícitamente en estas instrucciones de funcionamiento.

superficie de la corredera previstos
para fijar la carga como sigue:

2 Fonctionnement et application
Le guidage protégé de l’axe linéaire DG..−/FDG−/DMES−...−GA recouvre toutes les
contre−dépouilles du profilé du guidage de l’axe linéaire. Il offre des surfaces lis
ses et faciles à nettoyer. Le profilé de recouvrement protège le guidage des parti
cules qui retombent.
Conformément à l’usage prévu, au départ usine, le profilé ser t de variante
axes linéaires du type DGE(L)−...−KF, DGP(L)−..., DGPI(L)−..., FDG−... und DMES−.... Il
n’est pas prévu pour les axes linéaires de type DGE−...−RF.

espace libre suffisant f et g par rapport
aux contours ambiants.
Sinon, le profilé de recouvrement ne peut
pas être démonté et gêne l’accès aux en
droits concernés par la maintenance. Cela
signifie que l’axe doit être complètement
démonté pour les opérations de mainte
nance.

La guida protetta dell’attuatore lineare DG..−/FDG−/DMES−...−GA copre tutti i sotto
squadri della guida dell’attuatore lineare. Presenta una superfiecie liscia e sem
plice da pulire. La copertura protegge la guida dalla caduta di particelle.
La guida rappresenta una variante fornita in dotazione agli attuatori lineari tipo
DGE(L)−...−KF, DGP(L)−..., DGPI(L)−..., FDG−... e DMES−.... Non
attuatori lineari del tipo DGE−...−RF.

Den linjära axelns skyddade styrning DG..−/FDG−/DM ES−...−GA täcker den linjära
axelstyrningens alla profilunderskärningar. Den har en jämn yta som är lätt att
rengöra. Täckprofilen skyddar styrningen mot nedfallande partiklar.
Enligt föreskrifterna fungerar den fabrikstillverkade täckprofilen som en variabel
komponent på linjära axlar av typen DGE(L)−...−KF, DGP(L)−..., DGPI(L)−..., FDG−...
och DM ES−.... Den är inte avsedd
för linjäraxlar av typen DGE−...−RF.
