Montage
1. Dichtungen 6 in oberen und unteren Deckel 5 + aJ einlegen.
2. Leiterplatte 7 in die Führung des unteren Deckels einstecken.
3. Leiterplatte mit Senkschrauben aA am unteren Deckel befestigen.
4. Unterteil der PG-Verschraubung 4 in oberen Deckel auf
Anschlag einschrauben.
5. Überwurfmutter 2 und Dichtring 3 auf Buskabel auffädeln. Buskabel durch den oberen Deckel führen
6. Buskabel abisolieren (Bild 2) und am Klemmenblock 9 anklemmen.
Kabelschirm mit Kabelschelle 8 andieLeiterplatte klemmen.
7. Oberen Deckel auf die Leiterplatte 7 aufschieben und mit
unterem Deckel verrasten.
8. Überwurfmutter 2 und Dichtring 3 mit Unterteil der PGVerschraubung 4 verschrauben.
9. Schrauben 1 in das Steckergehäuse bis zum Anschlag einstecken und dann unter Druck mit einem Schraubendreher soweit
eindrehen bis sie am unteren Deckel 1 bis 2 mm herausstehen.
Achtung
• Schalten Sie am Segment-Anfang und am Segment-Ende die
Abschlusswiderständezu (Bild 3). Bei durchgeschleiftem Buskabel
dürfen die Abschlusswiderständenicht zugeschaltet sein.
• Am Segment-Anfang und am Segment-Ende muss ein Kabel-
abgang mit dem beiliegenden Verschlussstopfen verschlossen
werden (Bild 3)
Das Schirmgeflecht muss blank unter die Kabelschelle geklemmt
werden.

Fitting
1. Insert seals 6 into upper and lower covers 5 + aJ .
2. Insert the printed circuit board 7 into the guide of the lower
cover.
3. Fasten the printed circuit board to the lower cover with
countersunk screws aA.
4. Screw the lower part of the screw connector 4 into the u pper
cover as far as itwill go.
5. Thread the union nut 2 and sealing ring 3 onto the bus cable.
Pass the bus cable through the upper cover.
6. Remove part of the insulation from the bus cable (Fig. 2) and
connect to terminal block 9. Clamp the screening with the cable
clip 8 to the printed circuit board.
7. Push the upper cover onto the printed circuit board 7 and latch
with the lower cover.
8. Screw the union nut 2 andseal ring 3 together with the lower
part of the screw connector 4.
9. Insert screws 1 as far as they will go into the plug housing and
then screw them in under pressure with a screwdriver until they
project 1 to 2 mm out of the lower cover.
Caution
• Switch on the terminating resistors both at the start and at the end
of the segment (Fig. 3). If the bus cable is looped through, the
terminating resistors must not be switched on.
• At the s tart and end of the segment a cable exit m ust beclosed
with the plug supplied (Fig. 3).
The screening braiding must be clamped uninsulated under the cable
clip.
