Safety
Warning
The vehicle, which has been designed and produced for road use,
should only be used occasionally on race tracks. Always use the
same care when driving on track as you would when driving on
roads.
Warning
Not all drivers will achieve the same performance and lap times. The
data provided by the system is approximate and should therefore be
used with caution.
Warning
Seat belts must be worn at all times and must be properly
fastened and adjusted!
Warning
In low- to medium-grip conditions (e.g. wet, icy, sandy roads),
activate the WET driving mode and do not deactivate the ESC.
Warning
Data management and analysis cannot be performed when
the vehicle is moving. Video playing is only possible when the
electric parking brake (EPB) is activated. If it is not, the system
automatically disables these functions.
Introduction
This vehicle is fitted with the optional TELEMETRY KIT. The
TELEMETRY KIT acquires all the information on driving on a
specific track in real time and then presents it to the driver so that it
can be compared and analysed. Information acquired from different
drivers driving on the same track can also be compared.
User interface
The TELEMETRY KIT information is
display.
The driver can interact with the system by selecting the configuration
and setting the parameters using the controls on the dashboard to
the right of the steering wheel (see the Owner's Manual).

Important note
For the LaFerrari model, the system can only be initialised in
Race configuration. For further information, refer to the Owner's
Manual.
USB connection
The cnnector used for the TELEMETRY KIT USB key is located in
the following positions depending on the car model:

Settings
Important note
The settings described below may not be present in all car
models.
When the RACE, ANALYSIS or SYS screens are displayed, if you
hold down the SETUP button on the right satellite, you can access
the Settings menu where you can modify the camera settings
(OPTIONAL RACE CAMERA) and the video recording mode.
Video options
The video recording mode uses two cameras (optional), an external
one that films the vehicle trajectory and an internal one that films the
driver's driving behaviour. In the video layout configuration menu
you can select which of the two views to set as the main one and
decide whether to display the track map icon in overlay.
Camera setup
Select external/internal video preview:
• The external camera can be adjusted in all four directions (up/
down/left/right) by moving the joystick.
• The internal camera can be adjusted in two directions (up/down)
by moving the joystick.
Important note
If the driver has a passenger on board the vehicle, the driver
must inform the passenger that his/her image and voice may be
recorded and played and that a GPS system will be activated.

Race On
The Race On mode is only available when the vehicle is close to a
track previously saved in the system. If the vehicle is at a distance of
less than 500 m from a saved track, you can start a race session on
the preselected circuit by pressing the Joystick button on the right
satellite.
The system asks you to select the track (see page 6) and informs
you that time, video (optional) and audio (optional) data will be
recorded. The screen remains visible for 5 seconds and if no action
is taken, the system records the data. The system indicates the
maximum duration allowed for the session before the warm-up lap
starts.
When the vehicle crosses the START line, the system begins to
record the time and telemetry data.
To quit the race session, press the QUIT key or press the BACK
button on the right satellite: a choice screen remains visible for 5
seconds. Select OK to exit. If no action is taken, the system continues
to record
and zoom out by pushing it down.
Once you exit the Race On mode, the driving data is saved in the
current session for the selected track. If a session is interrupted
before the end of the first lap, the telemetric data will not be saved.
