ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS FOR VS12502, VS12503, VS12504

Carefully unpack and identify all parts

before assembly. Bulb not included.

1. Before proceeding to below instructionsfollow

enclosed “Multiple Standard Installation
Instructions” for electrical and fixture

installation onto ceiling outlet box.

2. Install glass shade onto fitter and lock into
position by installing the spacer tube and
counter ring back onto socket. Use supplied
wrench to tighten.

3. Install light bulbs (not included). See

relamping label at socket area for type and

maximum allowed wattage.

4. Place short finial below center body and then
lock into position by screwing with tall finial
from above.

5. Install finial as shown by screwing into both
ends of tube.
