Follow enclosed supplement installation instructions for electrical and fixture installation onto house outlet box.

Install the shade by placing it over the socket and securing it with the collar nut.

Install the fixture to the chain by screwing the fixture loop to the stem, opening the quick link, and securing it to the
fixture loop by closing the link.

Screw the lamp into the socket. Refer to the label on the lamp socket for Max Wattage information.
