BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION
Carefully unpack and identify all parts before assembly. Bulbs are not included.
1. Install center pipe by screwing socket assembly. Note correct position of
center pipe from left diagram. Install top end of center pipe by screwing
securely onto swivel.
2. This fixture can be mounted onto ceiling either as chain hung or flush mount:
CHAIN HUNG INSTALLATION- Fig. 1:
A. Thread fixture wires through upper leaf and fixture loop. Then lock all
together by fastening fixture loop.
B. At this point, determine the desired length of chain to hang. Remove any
unwanted links with chain pliers.
C. This fixture is supplied with 2 adjustable chain links. These links are
opened and closed by twisting cylinder on chain link. One adjustable chain
link should be installed onto canopy loop. And another adjustable chain link
installed onto the fixture loop. The standard chain should be installed in
between these 2 adjustable chain links.
D. Take ground wire and weave through above chain links, then thread
through center hole in canopy loop. Repeat with fixture wire (wire with
plastic insulation).
FLUSH INSTALLATION- Fig. 2:
A. Remove and discard fixture loop and upper leaf.
B. Remove and discard canopy loop from canopy.
C. Take canopy threaded pipe and screw into top of fixture.
D. Thread fixture wires through canopy leaf, canopy, lock washer, and hex
nut. Lock all together on top of fixture by tightening hex nut onto protruding
threaded pipe.
3. Cut excess wires leaving only 6" (15 cm) length of wires above canopy. Split
fixture wire into two strands. Then strip off 3/4"(19mm) of outer plastic
insulation.
4. Follow enclosed supplement installation instructions for electrical and fixture
installation onto house outlet box. If you do not have an outlet box at desired
location to attach the fixture than hire a qualified electrician to create one.
5. Slip candle tube over sockets.

6. Install bulbs (not included). See relamping label located near socket area for
type and maximum allowed wattage.
7. Install shade:
A. Install ring by hooking onto bottom curl of each arms.
B. Slip shade over the frame.
C. Grabbing firmly onto the frame, lift and hook the frame onto the rings.
8. Hang all crystal glass parts as shown on drawing. NOTE: To replace broken
crystals extras are included in hardware bag. Replace by gently bending open
pin, remove broken crystal, hook new one, then close back pin. Avoid
bending pin into sharp angle.
