2. Operating and Greasing Instructions
Good maintenance and right application are the basics
of
the trouble-free use
of
pneumatic machines, as well as low maintenance (repair expenses). Before
connecting the machine, the air hose has to be blown
out
thoroughly.
Oil atomizer to be set properly, use oil SAE
10,
and avoid too small hose
diameters.
When connecting the machine, the pressure should be about
88
PSI. Where
the pressure is over
90
PSI on the line, the pressure reduction valve has
to
be set in.
Avoid running the machine no load. No load running
will heat up the tool very
quickly. By unsatisfactory output, check air hose for
leak!t. Replace such hose,
check air filter for clogging - do not poke through filter sieve. To clean muffler,
use water with acid-free detergent. To clean muffler
(21) and regulator, take
out regulating retainer
(15). Before starting, set regulator (15)

Th~
handle
(60)
which is a combined
allen wrench can be removed and screws (51) and
(37)
can be opened. The
saw blade, depending on material to be cut, can be inserted and fastened with
handle (60); fasten screw (51); the bottom sheet
(52)
under normal conditions
is fastened in such a way that the bent part faces in the cutting direction;
to
cut in close quarters,
it
can be turned
to
180°. Part
of
the cooling
air
blows the
chips away from the saw blade so that the cutting line
will always be visible.
We
decline responsibility when cutting any material thicker than those mentio-
ned in our technical data.
