Construction
The
four
speed
drill
DDSk 111
is
an
electric
tool
of
class I with
earth
wire.
The
sturdy
air-cooled
short-circuit
motor
runs nearly
without
wear
because
of
its
low
speed.
The
high
voltage
test
is
made
with
the
prescribed
test voltage
of
1500
Volts.
3.
Connection
and
operation
Main
voltage
must
correspond
to
the
operating
voltage
marked
on
the
rating
plate.
Before
operating
the
tool
for
the
first
time
check
that
the
drill
shaft
rotates
correctly,
i.e.
in
clockwise
dir
ection
at
all
speeds.
Switch
must
be
in
the
"Off"
position
when
connecting.
The
speed
of
the
machine
must
only
be
changed
at
stand-still
or
at
slowing
down
without
load.

4.
Maintenance
Before
carrying
out
any
maintenance
work
always
remember
to
pull
out
the
plug.
Every
300
duty
hours
clean
the
tool
of
dust
and
dirt
by
blo
wing
it
out
with dry
pneumatic
air
or
by
brushing.
In
order
to
prevent
accidents
check
cable
and
connections
at
both
sides
at
regular
intervals
.
After
900
duty
hours
the
machine
should
be
completely
dis-
mantled
as
described
under
paragraph 6 and
all
parts
should
be
thoroughly
cleaned.
Rinse
ball
bearings
and
gears
in
clean
solvent
and
pack
with fre
sh
grease
as
per
paragraph
5.
Please
be
sure
that
all
electric
and
plastic
parts
are
only
cleaned
dry.
