I just purchased my wirepath wpd-300-dvr.. turned it on logged in and it won't let me click on the settings menu.. it's not highlighted is their another super password. I've used

Trying to obtain the owners manual for a Vision Fitness 2100 seated bicycle. Why is it like pulling teeth. What's with this damn points system. Why doesn't anyone answer you God Damn phones. i am a 911 Operator in a major metropolitan area. We answer ALL calls within 4 SECONDS! Years ago I was the sales manager for the largest bicycle company in the US. I know what GOOD customer service is. Maybe you need a class!
