FCW5806 - INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
CAUTION: BEFORE CONNECTING THE FIXTURE TO A POWER SUPPLY, MAKE SURE THE POWER IS SWITCHED OFF.
GENERAL:
1. Before starting the installation, make sure all electricity has been turned off
and electrical breaker has been locked out and tagged out.

2. To ensure the success of the installation, be sure to read these instructions
and review the diagrams thoroughly before beginning.
3. All electrical connections must be in accordance with local codes,
ordinances, or the National Electrical Code.
NOTE: The important safeguards and instructions appearing in this manual
are not meant to cover all possible conditions and situations that may occur.
INSTALLATION:
A) Standard Canopy installation Fig. A
1) Remove (3) Set Screws from base of xture to remove base mounting
plate from the Canopy Housing
2) Fasten Mounting Plate to desired surface.
3) Refasten Mounting Canopy to secured Mounting Plate.
4) Adjust xture tilt and swivel to desired light angle.
B) Integral Ballast Box (IBB) Canopy installation Fig. B
1) Fixture comes assembled and only needs to be fastened to mounting
surface.
2) Use 4 holes at the base of the Mounting Plate to fasten xture to
desired mounting surface.
3) Adjust xture tilt and swivel to desired light angle.

Fixture
INSTALLATION:
1) Contact local authorities regarding dig location prior to digging.
2) Dig oversized hole to accommodate post and backlling.
3) Pass wiring in through .875” hole on side of bollard and up through the
Bollard Top Plate and Mounting Plate.
4) Lower Bollard post in ground, level post and backll.
NOTE: Regardless of material used to backll hole, continue to check and
level the post during this process.
5) Complete wiring to the xture.
6) Ensure that the Mounting Plate is secured to the Bollard Top Plate.
7) Fasten Mounting Canopy with Fixture to Mounting Plate using Set
Screws provided.
IMPORTANT: Installer must use a bead of silicone caulk to seal around the
entire edge of the xture where Mounting Plate meets Mounting Canopy and
Bollard Top Plate.
