CONNECTING SMARTSTICK® TV
1. Connect one end of SMARTSTICK® power cable into the
SMARTSTICK
®
and the other end into the included power
adapter.
2. Plug the power adapter into a nearby power outlet.
3. Connect one end of HDMI extender cable into the
SMARTSTICK
®
and the other end into the TV.
4. Turn on the TV and select the appropriate TV SOURCE
input.
5. Insert batteries* (not included) into Remote Control and
plug USB receiver into USB port on the SmartStick
®
.
6. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your
set-up.
*NOTE: Remote control requires two (2) AAA batteries to operate.
PROGRAM SMARTSTICK®
LEARNING REMOTE
1. Enter IR Learning Mode, hold down [ POWER ] for 3
seconds on remote control
(until you see solid red light).
2. Press [ POWER ] button on remote
(slow red flash).
Press and hold [ POWER ] button on TV remote
(quick red
flash).
3. Press [ VOL + ] on remote (slow red flash).
Press and hold [ VOL + ] on TV remote
(quick red flash).
4. Press [ VOL - ] on remote
(slow red flash).
Press and hold [ VOL - ] on TV remote
(quick red flash).
5. Exit IR Learning Mode, wait until red light on remote
control turns off (5-10 seconds).
NOTE: Quick red flashes following step 2 ,
3 & 4 indicates pairing is successful.
