Problem Solving
1. After installing the interface, the multimedia won’t turn on.
• Review the installation and check if the cables are connected according to the
images on pages 3 and 4;
• Check if all the cables are well connected, and if there are no wires coming out
of the connectors.
2. The rear camera won’t show up when I put my car on reverse.
• Check the Setup Menu to see if the “Camera Tras (Rear Camera)” option is
correctly configured.
3. When I put my vehicle on reverse, I see the message “Incompatible
Video”.
• Check the compatibility of your rear camera. LVDS is only compatible with
NTSC video system cameras; other formats may not work.
4. I have installed a front camera, but it doesn’t work after I put my car out
of the reverse gear.
• Access the Setup Menu (page 11), go to option AV3 and set it as “CAM
FRONTAL”.
5. I can see the images of the accessories (i.e. DVD, TV), but I can’t hear
any audio.
• Make sure to access the auxiliary audio entry before accessing the
accessories video.
