OPEN THE PACKAGE AND CHECK THAT YOU HAVE THE TOTAL KIT OF PARTS LISTED. SOME ITEMS NOTED ARE NOT
SUPPLIED WITH THE UNIT. THESE INCLUDE : MICROPHONE ATTACHMENT AND THE SPEAKER ATTACHMENT. PLEASE BE
AWARE THAT IT IS UNLAWFUL FOR THE MICROPHONE TO BE USED IN SURVEILLANCE CIRCUMSTANCES IN AUSTRALIA.

2.1 YOU WILL NEED A PHILLIPS HEAD SCREWDRIVER TO OPEN THE FRONT COVER.
2.2 INSERT THE SD MEMORY CARD
2.3 INSERT THE SIM CARD
2.4 INSERT THE BATTERY PACK
2.5 PLUG IN THE AC/DC POWER ADAPTOR
2.6 CHECK ASSEMBLY & TEST
2.7 TURN POWER ON TO CHARGE BATTERY PACK
YOU WILL THEN BE ABLE TO TEST THE CAMERA SENSOR UNIT, ADD OTHER DEVICES LIKE SMOKE SENSORS,REMOTE’S
ETC. AT THIS POINT YOU WILL NEED TO ACCESS THE WEBSITE AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS TO ENABLE YOUR DEVICE TO OPERATE AND TO ACTIVATE THE WARRANTY AND ONGOING OPERATION.
STEP1 FAMILIARISATION

ONCE YOU HAVE COMMENCED THE BATTERY PACK CHARGE, YOU WILL BE ABLE TO CONNECT (learn in or delete) OTHER SECURITY DEVICES TO THE CAMERA SENSOR. THIS INCLUDES ADDITIONAL PIR’S, SMOKE DETECTORS, REMOTES ETC. THAT HAVE BEEN SUPPLIED WITH YOUR ORDER. THIS WILL ENABLE YOU TO LINK THESE DEVICES TO YOUR SECURITY SYSTEM TO PROVIDE TOTAL SECURITY. YOU ARE ABLE TO ADD OR SUBTRACT DEVICES AT ANY TIME TO EXTEND AND TAYLOR THE SECURITY SYSTEM TO YOUR NEEDS.
STEPS 5-7 PLUG IN THE AC/DC POWER ADAPTOR, CONFIRM WITH POWER ON & CHARGE THE BATTERY

AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR REGISTRATION AND

TXT SUMMARY

TROUBLESHOOTING PROBLEMS
Q- The unit does not connect to the network.
A – No network coverage (red LED will flash twice) – first check that the Sim Card is
inserted correctly, if so move the unit to another location to establish a connection.
Q- The unit does not communicate with my mobile phone.
A- Check that the Sim Card has enough credit.
Q- The unit does not TXT me that it is armed when auto arm has been set.
A- Check that the correct time and date has been programmed.
Q- The unit only sends a TXT to the second person on the list.
A – Check that the suffix B (for both TXT and Video) has been programmed after the
phone number.
Q- I can’t connect to the camera when I call it.
A- Make sure you are entering the correct password to gain access.
Q – I can’t hear any audio even though I have plugged in a MIC.
A – Check that the MIC is inserted all the way to make a good connection.
Q- I can’t view images or playback video clips from the memory card.
A- Check that you have the appropriate program loaded on your pc to view images
and playback video footage.
