The PVT RGB EU and PVT CV EU 1-gang A/V wall plates for PoleVault™ Systems can be installed in
80 mm Euro Channel raceways or European junction boxes.
To install either of the devices:,
1. Run the A/V input cables from the PoleVault switcher along the Euro Channel or behind the wall
to the desired junction box location.

2. Either:
• Place the supplied mounting adapter plate(s) behind the grooves at the front of the
Euro Channel, or
• Using the supplied screws, attach the adapter plate directly to the junction box.

For a 2-gang mounting bracket or junction box, use two adapter plates. Ensure that they touch
but do not overlap.

4. Carefully cut off the terminating RJ-45 connector from each cable.
5. Strip the insulator of each cable wire back approximately 0.43" (1.1 cm).
6. Following the wiring diagram and table below, use a Tweeker to press down the spring switch,
and insert each wire into its correct location in the connector on the rear of the applicable PVT.
Release the spring to hold the wire securely in place.
7. Euro Channel — Place the plastic cover into the grooves of the Euro Channel, over the adapter
plate(s), and firmly insert the PVT wall plate, pushing any spare wire into the raceway.
Junction boxes — Align and snap the PVT wall plate into the adapter plate, clamping the plastic
cover into position.
8. Connect the applicable input device to the PVT.
9. Power on the input device and the Polevault switcher.
The PVT wall plate is powered by the PoleVault switcher.
