Projector Drop Ceiling Mount
descriP tion
The Extron PCM 240 Projector Drop Ceiling Mount is a versatile ceiling plate designed as a time- and cost-effective means of integrating a projector up to 50 pounds into small boardrooms and classrooms with suspended ceilings. The 18-gauge steel (25.8" L x 8.00" W x 1.15" D) mount can be quickly installed anywhere there is a suspended T-grid incorporating 2' x 2' (60 cm x 60 cm) or 2' x 4' (60 cm x 120 cm) ceiling tiles. The PCM 240 includes knockout ope nings for one single- spa ce junct ion box and one doubl e-space junction box — RACO #8471 recommended — which provide integrated power access points or for use as video connection/cable pass-throughs. One threaded pipe adapter (1.5" NPT) is provided for mounting projector mount poles. A dual slot design for the pipe adapter maintains increased rigidity while providing precise yet ample adjustment and positioning. The PCM 240 is designed to be suspended from the structural ceiling above the suspended ceiling tile using the included turnbuckles and 60' tie-wire safety cable or optional threaded rods - not included. Once securely mounted, the PCM 240 can be fixed to the T-grid using the supplied PEM inserts and screws. Available in white only.

Angled Ceiling Mounting Plate

The ACMP 100 Angled Ceiling Mounting Plate is used to attach Extron PMP Projector Mounting Poles to angled ceilings. The mounting plate provides a full 100 degrees of adjustment from
-5 to +95 degrees enabling the PMP 2, 4, 6, 10 or 12 pole with an Extron UPB 25 Universal Projector Mount to hang level. A safety set screw secures the PMP inside the ACMP 100. Positioning slots with locking bolts allow exact angling of the Projector Mounting Pole on the ceiling during installation. Available in black.

FCMP Series
Flat Ceiling Mounting Plates
descriP tion
The FCMP Series Flat Ceiling Mounting Plates are used to attach Extron PMP Projector Mounting Poles to level ceilings. The mounting plates measure 4 inches (10.2 cm) or 10 inches (25.4 cm) square and have a low profile for tight mounting to enable the PMP 6" projector mount pole with an Extron UPB 25 Universal Projector Mount to be placed very close to the ceiling. A safety set screw secures the PMP inside the FCMP Series plate. Available in black.

Projector Mounting Poles

The PMP Series Projector Mounting Poles are available in fixed lengths of 2" (5 cm), 4" (10 cm), 6" (15 cm), 10" (25 cm), 12" (30 cm), 18" (45 cm), and 24" (60 cm). The PMP Series Projector Mounting Poles are used with the UPB 25 Universal Projector Mounting Bracket, PCM 240 Projector Drop Ceiling Mount, and ACMP 100 or FCMP Series Ceiling Mounting Plates to create individualized installations. The Projector Mounting Poles, except for the 2" model, include a
1.6" W x 1.75" H (4 cm W x 4.4 cm H) cutout that provides convenient cable access. Available in black or white.

UPB 25
Universal Projector Mounting Bracket
descriP tion
The Extron UPB 25 Universal Projector Mounting Bracket is an easy to use, universal projector mount compatible with nearly every projector up to 25 pounds (11 kg). The UPB 25 simplifies the mounting of countless projectors, eliminating the need to stock a wide variety of proprietary mounts. The versatile UPB 25 features independent adjustment of roll, plus or minus 4 degrees of horizontal tilt, pitch, plus or minus 25 degrees of vertical angle, and yaw, 360 degrees of rotation on a pole mount or 10 degrees when mounted flush to the ceiling, for precise control of each axis and exact alignment of the projector. Locking mechanisms maintain the original positioning settings when servicing requires that the projector with attached bracket arm assembly be disengaged from the mounting assembly. The UPB 25 is available in black or white. The free optional UPB 25 Security Kit (70-555-01) includes 16 security hex screws to replace existing screws for all attachment points on the UPB 25.
