BATTERY INSTALLATION

PREPARING REMOTE CONTROL FOR FLIGHT

FLYING INSTRUCTIONS

Low Speed - Tap once
High Speed - Tap twice

POWER ON SAFETY RELEASE AUTO FREQUENCY SETTING SPEED CONTROL

Remote controller will make a beeping sound,
until the R/C is synced with the circuit
board receiver (servo)

(1) Switch ON / OFF button to “ON”.
(2) Push left throttle stick up,
then down (safety OFF).

CHARGE FROM WALL PLUG CHARGE FROM YOUR COMPUTER

• Carefully connect the F-22 battery wire (red and blue) to the USB
charge-wire (black) (Diagram A).

• Plug the USB charge-wire into the A/C adaptor (Diagram B).

• Plug the AC adaptor into 110V to 220V. Mostly likely a wall plug outlet.

• Red light on USB charge-wire tip will turn red as the F-22 battery is
charging (Diagram C).

• Red light on USB charge-wire tip will turn off, when F-22 battery is fully
charged.

• To power on the F-22: Carefully connect the F-22 battery wire
(red and blue) to the circuit board wire (red and black) (Diagram D).

• F-22 circuit board red light will start flashing.

• Be sure to put away A/C adaptor and charge-wire for safe keeping.

• Carefully connect the F-22 battery wire (red and blue) to the USB
charge-wire (black) (Diagram A).

• Plug the USB charge-wire into computer (Diagram B).

• Red light on USB charge-wire tip will turn red as the F-22 battery is
charging (Diagram C).

• Red light on USB charge-wire tip will turn off, when F-22 battery is fully
charged.

• To power on the F-22: Carefully connect the F-22 battery wire.
(red and blue) to the circuit board wire (red and black) (Diagram D).

• F-22 circuit board red light will start flashing red.

• Be sure to put away A/C adaptor and charge-wire for safe keeping.

HOVER UP AND DOWN TURN CLOCKWISE & COUNTER CLOCKWISE

Learn how to hover first (fly in place). Once you’ve
mastered this operation, flying is easy. Once you can
hover, try flying F-22 up and down with the left throttle stick.
Move the throttle stick gradually.

While hovering F-22, push throttle stick left for
left turns or right for right turns.

If the F-22 rotates counter-clock wise,
continuously push the left calibration
trim control button to the right, until
the F-22 straightens out.

If the F-22 rotates clockwise,
continuously push the right calibration
trim control button to the left, until
the F-22 straightens out.

If the F-22 drifts to the left,
continuously push the right calibration
trim control button to the right until
the F-22 straightens out.

If the F-22 drifts to the right,
continuously push the right calibration
trim control button to the left until
the F-22 straightens out.

STRAFE RIGHT

Push the right control throttle to the right, to make the
F-22 fly sideways to the right.

Push the right control throttle to the left, to make the
F-22 fly sideways to the left.

STRAFE LEFT

FORWARD

Push the right control throttle up - the nose of the
F-22 will point downward as the F-22 flies forward.

REVERSE

Pull right control throttle down - the nose of the
F-22 will point upward as the F-22 flies backward.

NOTE: IF THE F-22 IS TURNING EXCESSIVELY TO THE LEFT OR RIGHT, OR DRIFTING FROM

SIDE TO SIDE. ADJUST THE CALIBRATION TRIM CONTROL USING THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW.

• Gently insert the plug into the USB charge - wire, and never use force.

• Please observe the F-22 Li-Ion battery safety precautions.

• Do not over-charge the battery - doing so may shorten battery life.

• Do not use or leave the battery near any heat source – this may cause battery damage, or even
an explosion.

• If battery is removed from F-22 for charging, only charge battery on a hard, dry surface.

• Do not strike, slam, attempt to puncture, or otherwise attempt to damage the battery.

• Do not submerge the battery in water or any other liquid.

• Store the F-22 and battery in a cool, dry place.

• Do not attempt to disassemble the battery.

• Use only the included charger for charging the battery. Do not use the included charger to recharge
any other battery.

• Do not leave a charging battery unattended.

• Keep flying F-22 away from children, pets, the elderly and the disabled.

• Do not place stickers, weight, or anything else on the F-22 Jet. This may cause the unit to
crash or malfunction.

• Avoid flying the unit under low ceilings. Crashing into ceilings may cause damage.

• To avoid injury, do not touch the blades or any other moving parts.

• Allow battery to cool down before touching.

• When not in use (especially for 30 - days or more) remove ‘AA’ batteries from remote controller.
Batteries may leak and cause damage.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

INDOOR ENVIRONMENT FOR FLIGHT

1. Fly in moderate temperatures (50-80 F, 10-27 °C).

2. Recommended outdoor flying area is 20’ x 20’ (6.09 x 6.09 Meters).

3. Avoid strong winds, which could blow away or damage your unit.

4. Do not fly near people, animals, moving methods of transportantion, homes, buildings, water
and structures. Do not fly near overhead wires or cables.

5. Keep flying F-22 away from children, pets, the elderly and the disabled.

1. Recommended flying area for indoor/outdoor: 20’L x 20’W x 12’H
(6.09 meters L x 6.09 meters W x 3.65 meters H).

2. Avoid drafts, forced air, water, fans, heat and air conditioning vents.

3. Keep flying F-22 Jet away from children, pets, the elderly and the disabled.

OUTDOOR PRE-FLIGHT ENVIRONMENT

1. Connect the 2 red tips wires together (located on bottom of F-22), this connects the battery
to the F-22 circuit board.

2. Turn F-22 switch on (located on bottom of F-22).

3. For safety stand back 10 feet (3.04 meters) and turn on R/C.

4. Disengage the safety on remote controller; move left throttle down / up / down. Safety is off.

Since ths is 2.4GHz Remote Controller, you will hear several beeps when you turn on the F-22 and R/C.

This means that the R/C is acquiring the best signal for maximum performance. Once found (within 5 seconds),

you will enjoy true digital performance with fast response times and precise movements.

FLIGHT PREPARATION

YOU ARE NOW READY TO FLY YOUR F-22 JET.

Not responding in flight

Repair unit before flying
Be sure blades are in place, slighty push blades down

Flying out of control Check for broken or lose parts.

F-22 has traveled too far and cannot receive
signal

F-22 red and black wires power have become
unplugged

Plug red and black power wires back together

Gently push left throttle stick upwards

Recharge battery

Slowly ease the throttle down to smooth out your landings
You may be flying windy conditons. Stop flying

Unit does not
respond to controls

Batteries are drained or lost power

Controller Failure

Remote control light

‘AA’ batteries have lost power Replace with fresh batteries

Continuously aim the R/C at the F-22. Unit must receive
signal from R/C. It will not recieve signal, if you do not
aim the R/C at the flying unit
