SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read these safety instructions before operating the machine
Read the operation and maintenance manual and all safety instructions on machines carefully. Wear glasses and gloves before operating machines, don’t wear loose clothes. Don’t put belt or rope on any part of your body. Heater plate reaches about 380℃, don’t touch it!! Don’t change parts freeform. Cut off the power supply while machine is stopping or getting maintenance. Don’t wash the machine with water. Don’t touch any swiveling part of machine. Don’t put your hand into arch area when machine is working. Don’t touch motor when power is not cut off so as to avoid electric shock. Don’t put your hand on heater arm or fan when machine is working. Please follow the manual to use machine, or we will not be in charge of any results that caused by it.

Explanation
This machine is a strapping machine that automatically applies a strap to an object. The following accessories are attached to the machine. Operation Manual 1 set: Manual for safe and proper operation, including (This Manual) Tool 1 set: To be used for simple maintenance, cleaning, etc.
Warning: Do not use the attached tools, for modifying the machine.
Warning: Do not attempt maintenance or repair of the machine until power source has been disconnected and locked out.

Power Switch
The machine gets on by revolve the switch clockwise And the power lamp starts blinking. When the warming By the heater complete, the lamp become glowing to Show that the operation is ready,(in approx.20 seconds). When the switch is revolved anti-clockwise the machine get OFF
Start Button
This switch has 3roles. To set new strap To start strapping. To return the cam shaft to the origin and set strap in the arch.
Strap back switch
Use this switch to keep this switch ON until the strap is back Little or is out of the machine
Caution: Exhausted strap shall be manually rewound to The coil or cut and throw away before retread it. Otherwise, loose strap may be intertwined
Tension dial
To adjust tightening stroke, Strap is tightened strong by turning right. Strap is loosened strong by turning left.
Stop switch
The machine stop strapping when press the button
Power lamp
To show that the machine get on
