TP200 Type K Pipe Clamp
Temperature Probe

Operating Instructions

1. Using the Type K sub-miniature thermocouple
connector, plug the TP200 in to a compatible Type K
measuring instrument.

2. Turn on the measuring instrument and select the
appropriate range.

3. Read the temperature on the measuring instrument.
When no heat or cold is applied to the thermocouple
element, the measuring instrument should display the
ambient (room) temperature.

4. Squeeze the spring-loaded handles to open the clamp
jaws.

5. Securely clamp the probe jaws around the pipe to be measured.

6. Read the temperature.

Note: For best results, the surface area should be free of any dirt or substance that will inhibit
thermal contact.

Betriebsanweisungen

1. Benutzen Sie einen sub-miniaturisierten
Thermoelementverbinder vom Typ K, um den TP200 an
ein kompatibles Typ-K-Messgerät anzuschließen.

2. Schalten Sie das Messgerät ein und wählen Sie den
passenden Messbereich.

3. Lesen Sie die Temperatur am Messgerät ab. Wenn keine
Hitze oder Kälte an dem Thermoelement anliegt, sollte
das Messgerät die Umgebungstemperatur anzeigen.

4. Drücken Sie die unter Federdruck stehenden Griffe, um
die Zange zu öffnen.

5. Klemmen Sie die Zange an das zu messende Rohr.

6. Lesen Sie die Temperatur ab.

Hinweis: Für beste Ergebnisse sollte der Oberflächenbereich frei von Schmutz oder
Substanzen sein, die den thermischen Kontakt beeinträchtigen könnten.
