Montage

Hängend

Das Gerät kann am Haltebügel hängend montiert werden. Geräte müssen
entsprechend der jeweils gültigen Vorschriften sicher montiert und mit einer
zweiten Sicherung gegen Herabfallen versehen werden.

Stehend

Das Gerät kann stehend betrieben werden. Hierfür ist eine entsprechende
Halterung (zum Beispiel ein Bodenstativ) notwendig. Eine sichere und
ausreichend rutschhemmende Standfläche ist sicherzustellen!

HINWEIS

Das LED Modul kann in jeder beliebigen Lage betrieben werden. Die
Neigung im Bügel kann bequem durch Lösen der Arretierungsschraube
verstellt werden.

DMX-Verbindung

Die Geräte mit geeigneten DMX-Kabeln miteinander und mit dem Kontroller verbinden.
Die vorgesehenen DMX-Adressen und Personalities an den Geräten einstellen.

Modi HSIC (8 Kanäle), SIMPLE (10 Kanäle), COLOR MODE 8BIT (13 Kanäle) und COLOR MODE

16BIT (19 Kanäle) zur Verfügung.

Im Menü wird im Punkt STATIC eine statische Szene für den Stand-Alone Betrieb eingestellt. Diese
wird anhand der DMX-Werteskala 0-255 für Rot (RED), Grün (GREEN), Blau (BLUE), Gelb
(AMBER) und Hellgrün (LIME), ZOOM, FOCUS, GOBO, sowie dem Stroboskopwert 0-25Hz
gemischt.

Im Menü MANUAL, werden im Untermenü PLAY die vom Benutzer erstellten Automatikprogramme
PROGRAM.01 bis PROGRAM.10 abgespielt. Die Geschwindigkeit der Automatikprogramme kann im

Untermenü SPEED eingestellt werden.

Das Erstellen dieser Automatikprogramme wird unter Editieren benutzerdefinierter Programme
beschrieben.

Automatikprogramme werden als Master an verbundene Slave-Geräte übertragen. Für den Master­Slave Betrieb werden Signale über die DMX-Leitung gesendet. Dies kann dritte Geräte stören.

Im Menü MANUAL, Untermenü EDIT werden die Benutzerprogramme PROGRAM.01 bis
PROGRAM.10 editiert. Jedes Programm kann aus bis zu 30 Schritten bestehen. Jeder Schritt

besteht aus den Parametern Farbe RGBAL, ZOOM, FOCUS, Rotationsgeschwindigkeit des Gobos
(GOBO SPEED), Stroboskop (STROBE) „0-25Hz“, Dauer des Steps (TIME) und Überblendzeit
(FADE). Benutzerprogramme können auf andere Geräte überspielt werden, siehe Master-/Slave
Menü.

Schrittweise Programmierung des Custom-Stand-Alone Programmes mit bis zu 30 verschiedenen
Schritten.

HINWEIS: Für weniger als 30 Schritte müssen TIME und FADE des letzten Schrittes auf 0 gesetzt
werden.
Beispiel für Time-Settings eines Stand-Alone Programmes mit 3 Schritten:
Step 1 TIME = 4 FADE = 3 USE = YES
Step 2 TIME = 5 FADE = 2 USE = YES
Step 3 TIME = 0 FADE = 0 USE = YES

Das Standard Passwort lautet: UP - DOWN - UP - DOWN - ENTER

KEY: Im Menüpunkt KEY wird der Passwortschutz des Gerätes bei Gerätestart aktiviert oder de-

aktiviert. Wenn KEY auf ON gestellt ist, startet das Gerät gesperrt und das Menü wird jeweils
30 Sekunden nach der letzten Eingabe erneut gesperrt. Für Änderungen im Menü muss dann das
Passwort UP - DOWN - UP - DOWN - ENTER eingegeben werden.

DIMMER: stellt die gewünschte Dimmkurve zur Simulation eines Halogenleuchtmittels ein (DIM4/
DIM3/DIM2/DIM1/OFF).

PERFORM: erlaubt dem User das Verhalten der Lüftergeschwindigkeit des Gerätes zwischen LIVE,
STUDIO und POWER zu unterscheiden. Im Modus STUDIO läuft der Lüfter möglichst geräuschlos,

stattdessen reduziert die Lampe bei Überhitzung die Helligkeit der LED. Im Modus LIVE wird das
Verhältnis zwischen Lüfter und Helligkeit möglichst optimal gesteuert. Im Modus POWER wird die
maximale Helligkeit möglichst lange aufrecht erhalten. Die Geschwindigkeit des Lüfters kann in
diesem Modus bis zum Maximum gefahren werden.

XY OFFSET: schaltet die Möglichkeit die voreingestellten PWM-Frequenzen anzupassen frei
(SHOW), oder verbirgt diese Untermenüs (HIDE).

PWM: bietet die Möglichkeit die PWM-Frequenz des Gerätes anzupassen (1200HZ/2400HZ/4000HZ/
6000HZ/25000HZ). Die fünf voreingestellten PWM-Frequenzen können über die Untermenüs X FINE
und Y FINE zusätzlich um je 200Hz nach oben oder nach unten angepasst werden.

FULL POWER CCT: wählt die Farbtemperatur bei vollem Output. 3200K/4200K/5600K/10000K und
NORMAL können eingestellt werden.

DMX ERROR: stellt das Verhalten bei Unterbrechung des DMX-Signals ein. SAVE um den letzten
empfangenen Wert zu halten, oder BLACK für Blackout.

RESET: setzt die editierbaren Einstellungen zurück auf die Werkseinstellungen.

DMX-Kanalbelegung

Dieses Gerät verfügt über verschiedene DMX-Personalities. Bei diesen werden unterschiedlich
viele DMX-Kanäle belegt und die Reaktion des Gerätes unterscheidet sich entsprechend.
Es sind 4 DMX-Personalities (8-/10-/13-/19-Kanäle) wählbar.

Durch Änderungen in der Gerätesoftware kann es zu weiteren oder geänderten Funktionen kommen.

Mounting

Hanging

The fixture can be mounted in a hanging position using the mounting
bracket. Fixture must be safe mounted in accordance with the relevant
regulations and provided with a safetycord to prevent falling.

Standing

The fixture can be mounted in an upright or sitting position. An appropriate
attachment (e.g. floorstand) is necessary. A safe and sufficient anti-slip
ground must be ensured!

NOTE

The LED module can be operated in any position.

DMX-Connection

Use specified DMX-cables to connect the units to each other and to connect them to the control­desk. Enter the addresses and personalities to the units.

chosen: HSIC (8 channels), SIMPLE (10 channels), COLOR MODE 8BIT (13 channels) and COLOR

MODE 16BIT (19 channels).

A static scene for stand-alone operation is set in the menu STATIC. This is mixed using the DMX
value scale 0-255 for RED, GREEN, BLUE, AMBER and LIME, ZOOM, FOCUS, GOBO, as well as
the strobe value 0-25Hz.

SPEED 0 - 255

In the menu MANUAL, submenu PLAY the user programmed automatic programs can be activated.
The speed of the automatic programs can be controlled in the submenu SPEED.

The programing of this programs is described in the menu Edit User Programs.

Automatic programs are transmitted as master to connected slave devices. For master-slave
operation, signals are sent via the DMX line. This may disturb other devices on the same line.

In the menu MANUAL, submenu EDIT the user programs PROGRAM.01 to PROGRAM.10 can be
edited.

Every program can have up to 30 steps (scenes). Every step persists of the parameter colours
RGBAL, ZOOM, FOCUS, GOBO SPEED, STROBE „0-25Hz“, TIME and FADE. User programs can
be transfered to other fixtures (see master/slave)

Step-by-step programming of the custom stand-alone programs with up to 30 different steps.

NOTE: For less than 30 steps the TIME and FADE of the last step needs to be set to 0.
Example for time settings of a stand-alone programm with 3 steps:
Step 1 TIME = 4 FADE = 3 USE = YES
Step 2 TIME = 5 FADE = 2 USE = YES
Step 3 TIME = 0 FADE = 0 USE = YES

The default password is: UP - DOWN - UP - DOWN - ENTER

KEY: In the menu KEY the password protection of the fixture is activated or deactivated. If set ON the

fixture is password protected when started. 30 seconds after the last setting the menu is locked
again. To be able to make changes in the menu the password UP - DOWN - UP - DOWN - ENTER
needs to be typed in.

DIMMER: controls different dim curves to simulate a halogen bulb (DIM4/DIM3/DIM2/DIM1/OFF).

PERFORM: gives the user the opportunity to change the performance of the fan between LIVE,
STUDIO and POWER. In STUDIO mode the fan is run on low noise. In case of overheat the intensity

of the led module is regulated down. In LIVE mode, fan speed and the intensity of the led module is
balanced with each other to reach the best output with as low fan speed as possible. In POWER
mode the temperature of the fixture is primary regulated by the fan, to keep a high intensity as long
as possible.

XY OFFSET: activates (SHOW) or deactivates (HIDE) the possibility to adjust the preset PWM­frequencies in the menu.

PWM: gives the user the possibility to adjust the PWM frequency of the LEDs (1200HZ/2400HZ/
4000HZ/6000HZ/25000HZ).

FULL POWER CCT: sets the colour temperature at maximum output. 3200K/4200K/5600K/10000K
and NORMAL can be set.

DMX ERROR: sets how the fixture responses if DMX-signal gets lost. Set SAVE to hold the last
received value or BLACK for blackout.

RESET: sets all editable settings back to factory default.

are mixed from the parameters Red (R.), Green (G.), Blue (B.), Amber (A.) and Lime (L.).

DMX-Channel assignment

This device has several DMX personalities. In each personality a different number of DMX channels
is used and the reaction of the device differs accordingly. There are four DMX personalities with 8, 10,
13, and 19 channels selectable.

Because of changes in the firmware of the fixture, functions can be added or changed. You can find the current version
„DMX-Channels“ as PDF-file on the website, ready to download.
