Hängend
Das Gerät kann an den mitgelieferten Quicklock Montagebügeln hängend
montiert werden. Geräte müssen entsprechend der jeweils
gültigen Vorschriften sicher montiert und mit einer zweiten Sicherung gegen
herabfallen versehen werden. Hierzu ist am Gerät eine Öse für Safeties
angebracht.
Stehend
Das Gerät kann direkt auf dem Basement stehend betrieben werden. Eine
sichere und ausreichend rutschhemmende Standfläche ist sicherzustellen!
HINWEIS
Das LED Modul kann in jeder beliebigen Lage betrieben werden.
DMX-Verbindung
Die Geräte mit geeigneten DMX-Kabeln miteinander und mit dem Kontroller verbinden.
Die vorgesehenen DMX-Adressen und Personalities an den Geräten einstellen.

Im Menü PERSON wird die Belegung der DMX-Kanäle des Gerätes festgelegt. Es stehen die Modi

Im Menü RUNMODE wird der Betriebsmodus eingestellt.
Für den Betrieb an einem DMX-Kontroller muss DMX512 aktiviert werden.
Um das Gerät über ArtNet zu steuern muss der Modus ARTNET ausgewählt werden.
Im Modus ARTNET2DMX wird das gewünschte Universum des ArtNet-Eingangssignals an die
XLR-Buchsen gesendet.
Um das Gerät per sACN anzusteuern, muss der Modus SACN ausgewählt werden.
Im Modus AUTO läuft der Schweinwefer in einem im Gerät fest gespeicherten Automatikprogramm.
Die Programme CUSTOM1 und CUSTOM2 sind editierbar. Dies wird unter Editieren benutzerdefinierter Programme beschrieben. Automatikprogramme werden als Master an
verbundene Slave-Geräte übertragen. Bei dieser Übertragung werden Signale über die DMX-Leitung
gesendet. Dies kann dritte Geräte stören.

PAN INVERT: invertiert die PAN-Bewegung.
TILT INVERT: invertiert die TILT-Bewegung.
FANS: Die Geschwindigkeit des verbauten Lüfters kann in drei Stufen langsam (SLOW), normal
(NORMAL) oder schnell (FAST) fest eingestellt werden oder über die Option AUTO entsprechend
der aktuellen Temperatur der LED-Einheit automatisch vom Gerät geregelt werden.
BLACKOUT: dimmt das Gerät für Pan-/Tilt Fahrten herunter (ON).
DIMMER: stellt die gewünschte Dimmkurve zur Simulation eines Halogenleuchtmittels ein (DIM4/
DIM3/DIM2/DIM1/OFF).
PWM: bietet die Möglichkeit die PWM-Frequenz des Gerätes anzupassen (1200Hz/2400Hz/
4000Hz/6000Hz/25000Hz).
DMX ERROR: stellt das Verhalten bei Unterbrechung des DMX-Signals ein. SAVE um den letzten
empfangenen Wert zu halten, oder BLACK für Blackout.

DISPLAY ON: Im Untermenü DISPLAY ON kann die Beleuchtung des Displays wahlweise auf
automatisches Abschalten nach ca. einer Minute Inaktivität (OFF), oder generellen Betrieb (ON)
gestellt werden.
DISPLAY LOCK: legt fest, ob das Display nach jeder Benutzung gesperrt wird, so dass ein Passwort
eingegeben werden muss, um es freizuschalten (ON), oder ob der Zugriff grundsätzlich frei ist (OFF).
LOAD PARA: sendet sämtliche Geräteinstellungen an Geräte vom selben Typen auf der selben
DMX-Linie (YES).
SETTING\RECOVERY: setzt das Gerät zurück auf die Werkseinstellungen (YES).
SETTING\CLEAN EDIT X: unter CLEAN EDIT 1 und CLEAN EDIT 2 können die benutzerdefinierten Programme gelöscht werden (YES).
SETTING\WDMX HIDE: verbirgt die Einstellungen für Wireless DMX im Menü, so dass
ausschließlich eine DMX-Ansteuerung per DMX-Kabel möglich ist.
NETWORK\NET SWITCH: aktiviert (ON) oder deaktiviert (OFF) den integrierten Netzwerk-Knoten.
NETWORK\UNIVERS: im Untermenü UNIVERS wird das Universum des Netzwerk-Knotens gewählt.
NETWORK\IP MODE: wählt zwischen DEFAULT IP und CUSTOM IP.
NETWORK\CUSTOM IP EDIT: unter CUSTOM IP EDIT kann eine benutzerdefinierte IP-Adresse
eingestellt werden.
PT ENCODER: tauscht die Encoder für Pan- und Tilt-Bewegung (ON).
WDMX RESET: trennt die bestehende Wireless-Verbindung und bereitet das Pairing mit einem
neuen Transmitter vor.
SIGNAL: Hier kann festgelegt werden:
- ob das Gerät nur auf Signal an den XLR-Buchsen reagierensoll (ONLY XLRDMX).
- ob das Signal an den XLR-Buchsen Vorrang vor dem Signal über WDMX haben soll (XLRDMX FIRST).
- ob das Gerät nur auf Signal über WDMX reagieren soll (ONLY WDMX).
- ob das WDMX-Signal Vorrang vor dem Signal an den XLR-Buchsen haben soll (WDMX FIRST).
- ob das WDMX-Signal an den XLR-Buchsen ausgegeben werden soll (WDMX TO XLRDMX).

Im Menü EDIT, Untermenüs EDIT1/2 werden zwei benutzerdefinierte Programme editiert.
Jedes Programm kann aus bis zu 30 Schritten bestehen (STEP01 - STEP30).
Jeder Schritt besteht aus den Parametern PAN, TILT, Pan-/Tilt-Geschwindigkeit (PT SPEED), Cyan
(CMY_C), Magenta (CMY_M), Gelb (CMY_Y), Farbrad (COLOR), Gobo rotierbar (ROTA.GOBO),
Goborotation (GOBO.ROTA), Gobo fix (FIXED GOBO), Prisma (PRISM), FROST, ZOOM, FOCUS,
DIMMER, Stroboskop (STROBE), Dauer des Steps (TIME) und USE.
Über das Untermenü USE können einzelne Steps aktiviert (YES) oder deaktiviert (NO) werden.
Die benutzerdefinierte Programme können auf andere Geräte überspielt werden (siehe OPTION\LOAD PARA).
Schrittweise Programmierung des Custom-Stand-Alone Programmes mit bis zu 30 verschiedenen
Schritten.
HINWEIS: Für weniger als 30 Schritte muss die TIME des letzten Schrittes auf 0 gesetzt werden.

Im Menü MANUAL, Untermenü AUTO TEST fährt das Gerät einen automatischen Test auf allen
Kanälen.
Im Untermenü CHANNEL können die einzelnen Kanäle des Gerätes von Hand über ihren gesamten
Funktionsbereich getestet werden.
Das Untermenü DEBUG HIDE ist der Factory-Testmodus. Sämtliche Stepper-Motoren können in
diesem Modus nicht per DMX-Signal gesteuert werden. Das ändert sich erst wieder nach einem
Reset des Gerätes.
Im Untermenu RESET können verschiedene Bereiche des Gerätes manuell einem Reset unterzogen
werden:
ALL RESET: führt einen Reset aller Kanäle durch.
PT RESET: führt einen Reset der PAN-/TILT- Kanäle durch.
COLOR SYS: führt einen Reset der Farbkanäle durch.
GOBO SYST: führt einen Reset der Gobo-Kanäle durch.
OTHER: führt einen Reset der Kanäle Focus, Zoom und Prisma durch.

Die folgenden Informationen können im Info-Menü abgerufen werden:
FIXTURE HOURS: Im Untermenü FIXTURE HOURS können die gesamten Betriebsstunden des
Gerätes eingesehen werden.
LED USE HOURS: Im Menü LED USE HOURS wird die bisherige Anzahl der Betriebsstunden
der LED-Einheit angezeigt.
TEMPERATURE: Unter TEMPERATURE kann die aktuelle Temperatur der LED-Einheit angezeigt
werden.
VERSION: Unter VERSION wird die aktuell auf dem Gerät installierte Firmware-Version angezeigt.
NETWORK: zeigt die z.Zt. eingestellten Netzwerkparameter.
RDM: im Untermenü UID kann die RDM-ID des Gerätes und im Untermenü LABEL die Bezeichnung
des Gerätes eingesehen werden.
SYSTEM ERROR: Unter SYSTEM ERROR finden sich die Fehlermeldungen der entsprechenden
Sensoren. Dabei wird vor allem unterschieden zwischen Fehlern in den Lichtschranken (ENCODER),
Hallgebern (RESET), sowie sonstigen Sensoren (SENSOR).

DMX-Kanalbelegung
Dieses Gerät verfügt über zwei verschiedene DMX-Personalities. Bei diesen werden unterschiedlich
viele DMX-Kanäle belegt und die Reaktion des Gerätes unterscheidet sich entsprechend. Es sind 3
DMX-Personalities (20, 24 und 28 Kanäle) wählbar.
Durch Änderungen in der Gerätesoftware kann es zu weiteren oder geänderten Funktionen kommen.

Hanging
The fixture can be mounted in a hanging position using the quicklock brackets.
Fixture must be safe mounted in accordance with the relevant regulations and
provided with a safetycord to prevent falling. For this purpose, an eyelet for
safeties is attached to the device.
Standing
The fixture can be mounted in an upright or sitting position. A safe and
sufficient anti-slip ground must be ensured!
NOTE
The LED module can be operated in any position.

To run an auto program choose AUTO.
In modes CUSTOM1 and CUSTOM2 it is possible to run a self created program. This is explained in
Editing of user-defined programs. Custom programs are sent to connected slave fixtures. These
signals are sent via the dmx-line. It may disturb other fixtures on the same dmx-line.

TILT INVERT: inverts TILT-movement.
FANS: SLOW/NORMAL/FAST/AUTO regulates the fan performance balance.
BLACKOUT: dims off the unit for Pan/Tilt movement.
DIMMER: controls different dim curves to simulate a halogen bulb (DIM4/DIM3/DIM2/DIM1/OFF).
DMX ERROR: sets how the fixture responses if DMX-signal gets lost. Set SAVE to hold the lastreceived value or BLACK for blackout.
DISPLAY ON: defines how long the display illumination stays active after the last input. You can set
illumination time to SHORT or LONG.

DISPLAY LOCK: locks (ON) or unlocks (OFF) display to prevent fixture from unauthorised access.
Enter password to unlock display.
LOAD PARA: This function sends user settings to all fixtures of the same type which are connected
via dmx-cable to each other on the same dmx-line.
SETTING\RECOVERY: sets all settings to factory default. To execute this function you need to enter a
password.
SETTING\CLEAN EDIT X: CLEAN EDIT 1 and CLEAN EDIT 2 deletes the self created scenes for
CUSTOM1 and CUSTOM2.
SETTING\WDMX HIDE: hides the WDMX settings in the menu (NO), or sets them visible again
(YES).
NETWORK\NET SWITCH: activates/deactivates the integrated ArtNet node.
NETWORK\IP MODE: submenu for setting the ip-address. Users can choose between DEFAULT IP
or CUSTOM IP. If set to CUSTOM IP the users needs to set a custom ip in the next step.
NETWORK\CUSTOM IP EDIT: in this menu a user defined ip-address can be set.
NETWORK\UNIVERS: the universe of the ArtNet node is set.
PT ENCODER: Swaps channels for PAN and TILT.
WDMX RESET: Unlinks the existing connection and enables the pairing with another transmitter.
SIGNAL: In this menu the user can how the fixture is controlled:
- if the fixture is controlled via dmx-cable (ONLY XLRDMX).
- if signal on XLR connectors has higher priority than the WDMX signal (XLRDMX FIRST).
- if the fixture is controlled by WDMX signal (ONLY WDMX).
- if the WDMX signal has higher priority than the signal at the XLR connectors (WDMX FIRST).

In the menu EDIT, submenus EDIT1/2 two user-defined program can be edited.
Each program can have up to 30 steps (STEP01 - STEP30).
Every step persists of the parameter PAN, TILT, PT SPEED, CYAN (CMY_C), MAGENTA (CMY_M),
YELLOW (CMY_Y), COLOR (wheel), Rotating Gobo (ROTA.GOBO), Gobo Rotation (GOBO.ROTA), FIXED GOBO, PRISM, FROST, ZOOM, FOCUS, DIMMER, STROBE, TIME and USE.
In the submenu USE single steps can be set active (YES) or inactive (NO).
User-defined programs can be transfered to other fixtures (see OPTION\LOAD PARA).

In the menu MANUAL, submenu AUTO TEST the fixtures runs an auto test on all channels.
In the submenu CHANNEL single channels of the unit can be tested individually over their whole
DMX-range.
The submenu DEBUG HIDE is the factory testmode. All stepper motors can not be controlled via
DMX when this mode is active. This can only be changed after a reset of the fixture.
In RESET different parts of the fixture can be reset by the user individually:
ALL RESET: runs a reset of all channels.
PT RESET: runs a reset of the Pan-/Tilt-channels.
COLOR SYS: runs a reset of the colour channels.
GOBO SYST: runs a reset of the gobo channels.
OTHER: runs a reset of the channels focus, zoom and prism.

FIXTURE HOURS: Number of operating hours of the fixture.
LED USE HOURS: Number of operating hours LED-unit.
TEMPERATURE: Current temperature of the LED-unit.
VERSION: the currently installed firmware version is shown.
NETWORK PARA: shows the currently set network parameters.
RDM: In the submenu UID the RMD-ID of the fixture is shown. In the submenu LABEL the model
name of the fixture can be found.
In the submenu SYSTEM ERROR you can find the error message of the different sensors. It is
differed in errors in light barriers (ENCODER), hall sensors (RESET) and other sensors (SENSOR).

DMX-Channel assignment
This device has two DMX personalities. In each personality a different number of DMX channels is
used and the reaction of the device differs accordingly. There are three DMX personalities with 20, 24
and 28 channels selectable.
Because of changes in the firmware of the fixture, functions can be added or changed. You can find the current version
„DMX-Channels“ as PDF-file on the website, ready to download.
