Tape Library – Model 21

The INFINISTORE Tape Library 21 (ITL-21) is a storage system for
departments and work groups with a storage requirement of up to
8,4 TeraByte. Latest LTO technology provides fast data
throughput and high capacity.

Efficient

The sophisticated design of the
ITL-21 makes effective use of the
available internal space. With
only 2U available, a storage
capacity of 8.4TB is achievable.

Simple

Integration into existing
environments is simple and
straightforward. The system
administrator can manage the
system from any location using
the integrated web-based remote
management graphical user
interface.

Complete

The ITL-21 system comes
complete with an installation kit
to ensure ease of integration and
a swift introduction into
production. The kit includes rack
mount fittings, cables and
terminators.

High Performance, Small Price – INFINISTORE Tape Library 21

Modular

Special attention has been paid to
ease of maintenance with the
design and development of the
ITL-21 system. All components,
including power supply, library
controller, tape drive and robotics
can be replaced quickly and
easily on-site. This means that
down times are kept to the bare
minimum.

Provision has been made for the
bulk insertion and removal of
cartridges via two easily
removable magazines, while odd
individual tapes can be inserted
or ejected via the mail slot unit.

Intelligent

The ITL-21 can be upgraded at
any time to an INFINISTORE
ArchiveFiler in order to achieve a
complete HSM solution. From
simple backup to archiving – a
one stop solution.
