USER INSTRUCTIONS
WELCOME
Your high performance SnowStorm Heated Ski/Outdoor Gloves have been designed to provide warmth
and comfort to enhance the safety and enjoyment of your outdoor experience or to improve blood
circulation.
The unique ThermoKnitt™ Heat Technology by EXO2 provides the world’s first self-regulating heated glove
system. No external controller is required as the material will heat to the pre-set temperature of
approximately 110°F. Continuous use of 3 hours is available on a single charge of your EXO2 miniature
Power Packs.

SNOWSTORM SPECIFICATION
ThermoKnitt™: Fully integrated knitted heating layer for comfort and even spread of warmth from
tips of the fingers/thumbs to back of the hand (approximately 110 degrees Fahrenheit).
Palms: Quality soft leather with grips across palm and thumb for skiing, shooting, angling, golfing,
riding etc.
Backs: Tough Cordura® for durability and versatility in use.
Membrane: Hipora® wind and water repellent layer which allows moisture to escape from hands.
Insulation: Thinsulate® insulation for retaining heat generated by the ThermoKnitt™ heating layer.
Lining: Plush cotton/polyester lining for ease of use and added comfort.
Drawstring: Easy adjustments for flexibility and comfort in use.
Branding: EXO2 'Bubble' logo.
SETTING UP AND USING YOUR SNOWSTORM HEATED SKI/OUTDOOR GLOVES
CONNECTING TO SNOWSTORM GLOVES BATTERIES
The SnowStorm Heated Ski/Outdoor Gloves are simple to operate and set-up.
Every pair comes supplied with an individual battery which slides securely into the external leather
pouch. Merely fold over the top flap and plug the 1.3mm plug into the battery port. Press the
battery button to turn the battery ‘On’ (where the battery LED is green).
Charging the 3.7 Volt Lithium-Ion Battery Packs
Batteries must be ‘On’ when charging.
The Charger LED will blink while charge requirements are read.
One Charger LED will turn green first, the other red while instigating.
Both Charger LEDs will then turn red while charging.
Batteries are charged when both LEDs turn from red to green.
SAFETY FEATURES
The ThermoKnitt™ heated glove liner installed into your new SnowStorm Heated Ski Gloves has been
designed for safe and reliable use. The power system has been tested to comply with UL regulations and
has been CE marked. Safety devices are included to ensure the unit is rendered safe, even under faulty
conditions.
DO NOT replace or interfere with the electrical components in the heated gloves or the batteries and
charger unit.
Please Note: The SnowStorm Heated Ski/Outdoor glove system is not designed to be used under water.

TROUBLESHOOTING
What happens if my heated gloves are damaged or torn?
DO NOT attempt to replace or interfere with the electrical components in the heated gloves. Return the
item to EXO2 for repair.
What happens if my heated gloves don’t get warm?
Firstly, check that you have the gloves connected to the EXO2 power packs as described and that the LED
shows green when switched ‘On’ (indicating power is available). If the gloves still do not heat, contact
EXO2 at the number or email address listed below.
WARRANTY
Every pair of heated gloves is supplied with a one-year warranty covering all electronic and mechanical
failures. In the unlikely event that any part should fail because of a defect within the first year, return the
gloves to exo² for repair or replacement.
Note: The warranty does not cover intentional alterations, accidental damage or improper cleaning.
Any request to return the heated gloves must have a Return Authorization Number (RMA) which can only
be supplied by exo². Please contact exo² Custom Service for any questions or concerns.
