CAR BATTERY INSTALLATION:
Find the battery compartment on the bottom of the car. Use a small Phillips screwdriver to remove the screw. Turn the white wheel in front of the battery compartment until the compartment is no longer covered by the wheel and then lift off the cover. (See diagram below.) Install eight AA nickel-metal hydride batteries (not included) in the battery box, making sure to match polarity (+ and -) with the diagram inside the battery compartment. Make sure that the battery box is correctly placed in the compartment. Then replace the cover and turn the white wheel until the battery compartment is secure. Replace the screw and tighten gently.
The legendary King Arthur brandished a magic sword, Excalibur, from which we take our company name. With this unique weapon in his hands, he could not be vanquished.
Although Excalibur Electronics can’t claim the magical secrets of Merlin, King Arthur’s court wizard, sometimes our patented technology may make it seem as if we could. The radio-controlled Porsche 1:12 Scale car is another unmatched innovation of Excalibur Electronics.

slowly or not at all, check the wheels for lint, threads, hair, dust or other foreign materials. Carefully remove any of these materials from the wheels.
• When the car slows down or the control range decreases, insert new batteries.
• Please do not allow the car to fall off a high ledge, as a fall might damage it.
• Never disassemble your car or the transmitter.
• Do not store the car either near a source of heat or in direct sunlight for extended periods.
• You may experience interference from CB radios which use the same frequency. If this occurs, move to a new location or wait until the interference is over. Also, two or more R/C cars using the same frequency cannot operate in the same area since their signal will interfere with each other.
• The transmitter range will depend on surroundings, buildings and large metal objects. You will obtain the best results when you operate the car in an open area.
• When not in use, set the car and transmitter Power Switches to “OFF.” If you do not intend to use the car for a long time, remove the batteries, as weak or dead batteries can leak damaging chemicals.
SAFETY
SAFETY
• Never operate your car in the street, in water, sand or on thick carpet. Rain can cause rust to be formed inside the unit.
• For maximum battery life, stop racing your car after 15 minutes of continuous use. We recommend a rest period of approximately 30 minutes.
• If you have installed new batteries and the car still moves
