1. Introduction
Exagerate Smart Card Keyboard is a professional full-sized
keyboard designed for comfortable and long term use thanks to the
low-profile quiet keys and sturdy tilt legs which allows lock up
position and right inclination.
The integrated Smart Card reader allows to take advantage of
digital signature to perform transactions in a secure environment on
both public and private networks. The USB Smart Card Keyboard
works with all smart cards that comply with ISO standard 7816.

2. Installation and usage
To install the smart card reader driver for the Microsoft Windows
operating systems, do the following:
1. Insert the CD driver that comes with the product into the CD or
DVD drive.
2. Open the CD content and double click the Setup.exe file to
start the installation.
3. Follow the instructions on the screen to install the driver.
4. Once the installation is complete, click Finish.
5. Restart your computer if necessary.
6. After the computer restart, connect the keyboard cable to the
USB port on your computer.
7. The operating system will identify the keyboard and the smart
card reader, and the keyboard will be ready for use
Inserting a Smart Card
To insert a smart card in the Exagerate Smart Card Keyboard make
sure that the side of the smart card including the metallic part with
the contacts are at the front of you.
If the keyboard is installed properly and the smart card is inserted
correctly, the smart card LED indicator must be on.
Important notice
The Exagerate Smart Card Keyboard is a hardware device only.
You will need to install user provided application software* as well
to use the smart card as a security device of for other function.
