Please observe and follow these instructions closely as it will ensure safe and reliable operation.
Tools you will need to assemble the EW-475
1. Philips Screwdriver
2. 15mm wrench
3. Knife
4. Allen wrench
1. Remove the EW-475 from it’s carton. Lift the bike out of the carton, assistance will be needed. If no
assistance available start by opening the top to allow access to the inside of the carton. Use a knife to cut
each corner from the inside out (Figure A). Once all four corners are cut it will allow a 360 degree access to
your new bike eliminating the heavy lifting.
2. Place the EW-475 as shown (Figure B).

3. After you have placed the bike make sure you have all the components in the bike as shown in Figure C.

Handlebar Installation
Tools you will need to attach the Handlebar
- 6mm Allen Wrench
1. Insert handlebar and align steering correspondingly (Figure A).
2. Use the 6mm Allen Wrench to tighten the steering wheel until it is fully tightened (Figure A).
