Cet appareil produit une lumière intense et puissante. Risque pour les yeux. Ne regardez pas directement dans le faisceau.

DANGER!

Risque de chocs électriques. Il est important d’utiliser le câble d’alimentation secteur fourni (câble avec terre). Toujours débrancher l’appareil avant une intervention technique ou avant son entretien. Ne pas brancher cet appareil sur un bloc de puissance variable type “Dimmer pack”. Afin de réduire et d’éviter tout risque d’électrocution ou d’incendie, ne pas utiliser cet appareil dans un milieu humidité ou sous la pluie.

ATTENTION !

Risque de brûlure. Il est important d’éviter tout contact avec l’appareil en fonctionnement et au moins 30 minutes après son utilisation. L’extérieur de l’appareil peut devenir très chaud. Ne pas utilisez le projecteur avec une température ambiante supérieure de 40°C. Afin de préserver la durée de vie de votre lampe, il est nécessaire de respecter un délai de refroidissement avant de couper l’alimentation électrique générale de l’appareil.

ATTENTION !

Risque d’incendie. Il est important de garder éloigner tous matériaux combustibles et inflammables de l’appareil en fonctionnement. Ne pas éclairer de surfaces proches du projecteur, il est important de garder une distance de sécurité d’au moins 5m. Ne pas positionner de filtre, de cache, ou tout autre masque directement sur, ou devant l’optique du projecteur.

Cet appareil evolite doit être installé avec des crochets solides et de dimension adéquate au poids supporté. Ce projecteur professionnel est doté des derniè res avancées technologiques, et a été conçu pour un usage professionnel. Sa qualité et sa fiabilité sont le résultat d ’une fabrication soignée et suivant un cahier des charges précis . Ce pro jecteur intelligent respecte les normes européenne e n vigueur : EN 2014/30/EU, EN 2011/65/ EU, EN 2 014/35/EU.

 Installation

o Accroche

Ce projecteur asservi evolite doit être installé avec des crochets solides et de dimension adéquate au poids supporté. L’appareil doit être vissé aux crochets et serré convenablement afin d’éviter toute chute due aux vibrations produites par la machine en fonctionnement. L’accroche de l’appareil doit être sécurisée par une élingue de sécurité. Assurez-vous également que la structure (ou point d’accroche) peut supporter au moins 10X le poids de l’appareil accroché. L’appareil doit être installé par une personne qualifiée et doit être placée hors de portée du public.

Sécurisez la fixation du projecteur avec une élingue de sécurité homologuée pour le poids du projecteur.

o Connexion DMX

Il est fortement conseillé d’utiliser des câbles DMX de bonne qualité. Utiliser du câble torsadé blindé.

o Connexion du câble d’alimentation secteur

La terre ou « Earth » doit toujours être connecté .Les câbles d’alimentation doivent être homologués et conformes au Standard IEC.

 Panneau de contrôle :

Menu Principal

DMX address: configuration de l'adresse DMX

Channel mode: définissez le mode de canal et le nombre d'options de menu pour représenter le nombre de canaux.

Run : définissez le mode de fonctionnement : DMX, Test 1, 2 ou 3, Music, Programme.

Les options du menu Run sont décrites comme suit :

- Test 1 (Factory test): Test général d’usine.

- Test 2 (Gobo): Test de la roue de gobo et des prismes

- Test 3 (Couleur): Test de la roue de couleurs

Music : Mode détection de la musique en fonction de l'intensité sonore.

User prog.: exécution d'un programme définit par l'utilisateur.

Réinitialisation:

- Motor power off : Mise hors tension des moteurs. Choisissez "oui", toutes les sources d'alimentation du moteur éteintes ;

choisissez "non", tous les moteurs se réinitialisent. En utilisant ce menu, les moteurs peuvent être réinitialisés sans éteindre la lyre totalement.

- Pan / Tilt: réinitialiser les moteurs Pan et Tilt

- Couleur: réinitialiser la roue de couleurs

- Gobo: réinitialiser la roue de Gobos fixes

- Dimming: réinitialiser le dimmer

Zoom / prisme : réinitialiser le zoom, les prismes et le frost.

Lamp : Allume/éteint la lampe.

Manual Control : Contrôle manuel de chaque canal

Run settings :

- Tilt settings :

Reverse : inversion du tilt Starting point : position de départ End point : position d’arrivée

- Pan settings :

Reverse : inversion du pan Starting point : position de départ End point : position d’arrivée

Master/slave mode : Mode maître/esclave lorsque 2 unités sont connectées en DMX

Music control setup : Mode détection musicale

- Dimming : l’intensité lumineuse varie en fonction de la musique

- Color : la couleur change en fonction de la musique

- Pattern : les gobos changent en fonction de la musique

State monitoring : Moniteur des capteurs

Display settings : Réglages de l’écran LCD

- Dormancy : durée avant mise en veille

- Brightness : intensité lumineuse

- Reverse Display : inversion de l’écran à 180°

Advanced settings :

- Fine Tune : Réglages des capteurs (protégé par mot de passe)

- Factory settings : Reprend les réglages d’usine

- No DMX : garde en mémoire les dernières informations DMX

o Mode DMX

Chaque appareil peut-être contrôlé individuellement grâce à un contrôleur DMX-512 standard. Il faut « adresser » chaque appareil grâce au menu « Adresse DMX ». L’adresse renseignée est alors l’adresse de base, adresse à partir de laquelle l’appareil va répondre. Selon le mode de contrôle DMX sélectionné, Le contrôleur DMX utilisé aura besoin d’autant de canaux DMX pour contrôler l’Hybrid 17R. Si deux l’Hybrid 17R sont adressées à la même adresse DMX ; ils se comporteront alors de manière identique, répondants aux mêmes canaux DMX. Note : En mode 18 canaux DMX, il faudra adresser la 2eme l’Hybrid 17R à l’adresse 19.

o Mode Maître / Esclave

L’a ppareil es t au tomatique ment dés igné en “M aitre” s ’il est en mode AU TO.

Dans le menu principal, sélectionnez «MODE AUTO» puis « Auto » si vous désirez un fonctionnement 100% automatique avec défilement des programmes internes. Pour un fonctionnement automatique avec détection sonore (micro interne), sélectionnez « Musical » puis valider avec la touche ENTER. L’appareil « Esclave » se trouve automatiquement configuré en ESCLAVE s’il n’est pas sélectionné en « Maître ». Dès qu’il reçoit un signal DMX provenant de l’appareil « Maître », il réagira en « Esclave ».

 Entretien et maintenance

o Nettoyage

Un nettoyage extérieur de l’appareil doit être fait régulièrement. Les lentilles doivent être nettoyées pour une luminosité optimum. Si l’appareil est installé dans un environnement poussiéreux ou avec de la fumée cet entretien régulier est très important. Il est possible qu’un nettoyage des optiques par l’intérieur soit également nécessaire. Débranchez l’appareil avant toute intervention ! Utilisez un chiffon doux et propre avec très peu de liquide vitre. Toujours bien sécher les parties nettoyées.

o Maintenance

DANGER !

Risque de chocs électriques.  Toujours débrancher l’appareil avant une intervention technique ou avant son entretien.

Voici quelques suggestions si vous rencontrez des problèmes avec votre appareil.

 L’appareil ne fonctionne pas du tout.

o Vérifiez le cordon d’alimentation et le fusible. o Assurez-vous que votre prise soit bien alimentée.

 L’appareil ne répond pas ou pas correctement aux commandes DMX.

o Vérifiez vos câbles DMX

o Vérifiez votre adressage DMX o Essayez un autre contrôleur DMX o Vérifiez que vos câbles DMX ne passent pas à proximité de câbles haute tension, ce qui pourrait créer des

interférences.

 Ne réagit pas au son

o Vérifiez le mode de fonctionnement choisi o Vérifiez qu’il n’y a pas de câble DMX branché sur DMX IN o Tapotez directement sur le microphone pour tester sa réactivité.

 La lampe de s’allume pas

o Vérifiez que le «dimmer» est ouvert o Vérifiez que le «Shutter» est ouvert o Vérifier que la lampe est « ON »

 Installation

o Rigging

The installation of the projector has to be built and constructed in a way that it can hold 10 times the weight for 1 hour without any harming deformation. IMPORTANT! OVERHEAD RIGGING REQUIRES EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE, including calculating working load limits, installation material being used, and periodic safety inspection of all installation material and the projector. If you lack these qualifications, do not attempt the installation yourself, but instead use a professional structural rigger. Improper installation can result in bodily injury and or damage to property. The projector had to be installed out of the reach of people

Always secure your fixture with a safety cable!

o DMX 512 connection

The wires must not come into contact with each other, otherwise the fixture will not work at all or properly. Please note the starting address depends upon which controller is being used. Only use a DMX cable and 3-pin XLR-plugs and connectors in order to connect the controller with the fixture or one fixture to another

Connection with the mains.

The earth has to be connected. The device must only be connected with an electric installation carried out in compliance with IEC standards.

Main Menu

DMX address: setting up the DMX address Channel mode: set the channel mode, and the number of the menu options to represent the number of channels. Run: set the run mode. Test 1 (factory test): running program set by the manufacturer, which is mainly used for factory testing. Test 2 (Gobo): the program set by the manufacturer, which is used to display the rotation Gobo and prism. Test 3 (color): the program set by the manufacturer, which is used to display the static Gobo, prism and color

effect. MUSIC: do the corresponding movement according to the outside sound intensity and intensity change. The relevant parameters can be set in [operation settings] - [sound control settings]. PROG: running a user self-programming. The playback scene or edit scene can be set in the two menus of the [run settings] - [mixed scene] and [scene editing].

Reset operation: Reset Motor

Motor power off: Choose "yes", all motor power off; choose "no", all motor re-power and reset. Using

this menu, the motor can be plugged and reset without turning off the light.

Pan/Tilt: reset Pan and Tilt motor Color: reset color wheel Gobo: reset the fixed Gobo wheel Dimming: reset dimming Zoom / prism, such as re-positioning and zoom, focusing, 16 prism, 24 prism, and frost mirror.

Lamp: turn on / off the lamp. After changing the value, it takes about 3 seconds to work. You can switch the value back in 3 seconds and cancel the operation. After turning off the lamp, it has to wait for 1~2 minutes before it can be on again. If turn on the lamp in two minutes, the lamp will be on till the 2 minutes later.

If this menu item is "on", the system will try to light the lamp firstly and wait for the light board to return.

Manual control: manually setting the value of the channel

Pan: sets the DMX value of the Pan

......

Automatic return: if there is no action for more than a certain time, the manual control menu is

automatically withdrawn. The time for waiting to exit is set by this menu.

Run settings: running parameter settings.

Tilt settings:

Reverse: reversing the rotation direction of the Tilt motor Starting point: setting the starting point of the Tilt motor (the value of the console corresponds to 0,

adjusting this value to watch the rotation angle in real time)

End point: setting the terminal position of the Tilt motor (the value of the console corresponds to 255,

adjusting this value to observe the rotation angle in real time)

Pan settings:

Other channels: except the sound control mode, other channel control mode as below:

The menu options are described as follows: DMX: DMX console control operation. Please note in this mode, if the sound control mode is dimming,

the shutter must be opened by the console operation. If the sound control mode is color or pattern and other modes, the shutter must be opened and the brightness is adjusted.

Automatic: running the program set by the manufacturer Manual: set the value of the channel through the menu [manual control]. This pattern is similar to DMX,

and needs to be handmade to set the shutter or brightness.

Sensitivity: setting the sensitivity of sound control

Mixed scenario: user programming scene playback settings. More instructions on user programming

Number of playgrounds: set the number of scenes to be played

Scene editor: edit the scene. More instructions on user programming Scene number: select the number of scenes to be edited Step number: in the selected scene, select the number of steps to be edited Step edit: click into the edit Time: the duration of the selected step (unit is 0.1 second, for example, a value of 123, representing 12.3

seconds)

Channel: select the channel that you need to edit in this step Value: edit channel value

Copy: copy selected scene sequence number and step number Paste: paste the copied scene sequence number and step number into the selected scenes and steps.

Record: record the value of DMX512 that is currently received from the console to the selected scenes and

steps (remember: this operation directly covers the original value, please confirm the target scene and steps to be recorded before recording.

Lamp power: setting lamp working power mode

The menu options are described as follows:

Half power: the bulb will work at the minimum power state of the license.

Full power: the bulb will work in the maximum power state of the license (if the shutter is closed, it will

automatically switch to a half power state).

Time / speed model:

Pan/Tilt: set up the speed channel of Pan & Tilt is speed mode or time mode

The menu options are described as follows:

Speed: Pan and Tilt run to the end at the speed set by the speed channel. Time: Pan and Tilt will be sure to run to the end of the specified time point at the appropriate speed, that

is, Pan and Tilt can reach the end at the same time.

Scroll pattern: set up the speed channel of scroll Gobo wheel is speed mode or time mode .

The menu options are described as follows:

Speed: when the pattern is switched, the pattern is switched at the set speed. Time: when the pattern is switched, the pattern switch is completed according to the set time.

Synchronous random strobe: whether or not a synchronous strobe is synchronized when a

multi lamp is set to a DMX value of the same random strobe

Display settings: LCD screen setting

Dormancy: the time to wait until the screen is dormant without a keystroke operation. Brightness: adjust the screen brightness

Reverse display: set the screen content to reverse display. You can also display the start page status in

the menu, and press the "up" and "down" two keys to reverse the display switch.

Indicator light: select the light mode of the signal indicator.

The menu options are described as follows:

Auto: sleep with the screen On: Always keep on a bright state

Advanced settings:

Fine tune: Factory debugging function, need password verification to enter. Factory setting: factory setting test. The menu needs a password to operate.

No DMX: the running mode without DMX512 signal when turn on the machine. If with DMX512

signal when the machine is turned on and then the signal is lost, the last frame of the data is always kept.

The menu options are described as follows:

Central: Except Pan and Tilt are in the middle, the whole other channels are zero. Maintain: keep the initial state after the reset. Auto (factory test / Gobo / color): run the program set up by the manufacturer, specifically

refer to the "run" menu before, to understand the characteristics of each self running mode.

Sound control: running sound control mode. User program: running a user self-programming.

Fast positioning: using this function to automatically calculate the shortest path of color wheel

and Gobo wheel to achieve fast two-way positioning, that is to say, when positioning, it will change over 180 degrees forward to less 180 degrees reversal. When the function is disused, the color wheel and the Gobo wheel operate in a single direction. Pattern coordination: choose whether the Gobo wheel is controlled automatically or not. If automatic control, the following rules are executed automatically: When the Gobo wheel is drawn out, the fixed gobo is automatically switched to the big hole. When frost is working, the Gobo wheel automatically switched to the big hole.

Fan speed: set the fan speed control mode. Only suitable for some types of equipment. Language: setting up the system language. Turn off the lamp: set the motor function when the light lamp is OFF. "Dormancy" refers to the

cut off all the functions motor power supply (Pan & Tilt motors will not be cut off and can still operate normally)

Restore the factory settings: restore all settings to the factory status (fine-tuning data, light lamp switch state, user programming data and bulb time record will not be recovered). .

Information:

DMX monitoring: display the value of the DMX signal that is currently received

Channel: select the channel that needs to be observed

Value: display the DMX value of the selected channel

Lamp using time: show the using time of the lamp

This time(minute): the using time the lamp has been lit since turn on the machine Total (hours): the total time of light lamp lighting since the last light lamp time zero

Error message: display error information (if any one of the menus is wrong, the top right

corner of the menu will show an exclamation mark)

Memory: indicates whether the storage is operating normally. If the memory is not normal, the menu information cannot be recorded or read, and the lamp time record, and the self programming data may be lost.

o Auto Mode

Auto mode is selected in the main menu. The Hybrid 17R provides 2 Auto modes:

1- Sound Auto Mode: Internal programs will be processed with the music detection ( built-in microphone) 2- Auto Mode: internal program will be processed automatically.

Display description

represents the current channel number 6 - click flip display screen 7 - display current signal state, click to switch master/slave

mode. The meaning of the display icon is as follows:

Green downward arrow: indicating that receiving the external DMX signal currently Yellow fork number: no external DMX signal

Blue upward arrow: it’s Master mode, and sending out the signal 8 - Set the current running mode. If the icon is highlighted, which indicates that the mode is running. 9 - error information. If a green tick is displayed, it indicates that the current self-examination is in good condition. If a yellow exclamation mark, there is a mistake in the self-examination discovery. Click on the icon to enter the error message menu to see the specific error information. 10 - Show the machine action when the external DMX signal is lost. If the icon is highlighted, which

indicates that the mode is running. This mode is valid only when you turn on the machine. Please refer to the description of the menu [advanced settings] - [No DMX].

Note: the latest version of the menu, if it is the 4 key mode, when showing the home page, you can press cancel (or ESC, return) key into the menu.

LED 1 - blue LED, when long time ON represents the master mode; when the extinction indicates no DMX signal. It can be set "automatic" in the menu [display settings] - [indicator] to let the indicator be OFF along with the LED backlight. LED 2 - red LED, when flashing shows sound control mode, when long time ON indicates that have error. It can be set "automatic" in the menu [display settings] - [indicator] to let the indicator be OFF along with the LED backlight; but if found error, it will remain ON.

o Master/ Slave Mode

The “Master” unit is the unit set up in Auto Mode. The Slave unit will be automatically set up as “Slave” if receiving DMX signal and NOT “Auto Mode” selected.

 Maintenance & service

o Cleaning

The cleaning of internal must be carried out periodically to optimize light output. Cleaning frequency depends on the environment in which the fixture operates: damp, smoky or particularly dirty surrounding can cause greater accumulation of dirt on the fixture’s optics.

 Clean with soft cloth using normal glass cleaning fluid.  Always dry the parts carefully.  Clean the external optics at least every 20 days. Clean the internal optics at least every 30/60 days

o Troubleshooting

Following are a few common problems that may occur during operation. Here are some suggestions for easy troubleshooting:

 The fixture does not work, no light

o Check the connection of power and main fuse. o Measure the mains voltage on the main connector.

 Not responding to DMX controller

o DMX LED should be on. If not, check DMX connectors, cables to see if link properly. o If the DMX LED is on and no response to the channel, check the address settings and DMX polarity.

o If you have intermittent DMX signal problems, check the pins on connectors or on PCB of the fixture or the previous

one.

o Try to use another DMX controller. o Check if the DMX cables run near or run alongside to high voltage cables that may cause damage or interference to

DMX interface circuit.

 Some fixtures don’t respond to the easy controller

o You may have a break in the DMX cabling. o Check the LED for the response of the master/ slave mode signal.

 No response to the sound

o Make sure the fixture does not receive DMX signal. o Check microphone to see if it is good by tapping the microphone.

 No light out

o Please check if « shutter » is OPEN o Please check if LAMP is « ON »
