Note: After opening the frying basket, the air fryer will automatically suspend the frying
operation. For safety, the display will be temporarily turned off until the frying basket is inserted
in place and closed again. The frying operation will then automatically restart. Do not turn the
food for more than 30 seconds, as the air fryer can cool down quickly.
Foods that need to be turned
• Small ingredients stacked together, such as French fries or chicken llets, usually need to
be shaken.
• If these foods are not shaken, they may not become crispy or cook evenly.
• You can also turn other foods, such as steak, to ensure even browning.

• If you do not open the drawer to take out the food, the shake reminder will beep again after
1 minute, and the display will show ‘shake’.
• After opening the door to take out the food, the shaking reminder will stop, and the ‘shake’
indicator will turn off.

Tips on cooking and frying food

remaining oil after frying.
2. Marinated foods produce splashes and excessive smoke. Therefore, pat to absorb any
moisture before frying.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. Always unplug the air fryer and disconnect electricity before cleaning.
2. Use a small amount of neutral cleaning solution applied to a clean, soft cloth to wipe the
exterior of the unit. Dry thoroughly with another clean, dry cloth. Do not use gas oil, abrasive
cleansers, or corrosive liquids to clean the exterior or interior of the air fryer.
3. After each use, clean the frying basket and inner crisping tray with warm, soapy water to
prevent the buildup of food and other residue.
4. If you don’t plan to use the air fryer for a long period, clean and dry it thoroughly before
storing.
5. Dishwasher safe: The air frying basket and inner crisping tray can be washed by hand in
warm soapy water, or washed in the dishwasher, but it is recommended to wash by hand in
order to preserve the lifespan of the non-stick coating.
