Unique three stage blending cartridge provides
softened/buffered/filtered water
Utilizes ion exchange resin with buffering capabilities
and high capacity coconut carbon filtration
Small amount of carbon filtered water bypasses
softening resin to allow proper initial hardness
Buffering prevents water from becoming
too acidic
Reduces hardness in water that can cause minerals
to build-up in coffee and espresso equipment
Reduces minerals such as calcium and magnesium
Reduces chlorine, off tastes and odors
Sanitary cartridge replacement is simple, quick
and clean. Internal filter parts are never exposed
to handling or contamination
Choose mounting location suitable to support
the full weight of the system when operating
Use 3/8” water line
Install vertically with cartridge hanging down
Allow 2-1/2” clearance below the cartridge
for easy cartridge replacement
Flush ESO cartridge by running water
through filter for five minutes at full flow
For specialty coffee, espresso and ice tea
applications

unsafe or of unknown quality without
adequate disinfection before or after the
system. Systems certified for cyst reduction
may be used with disinfected water that may
contain filterable cysts.
