Children must be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance. If the power lead is damaged, it must be replaced by a special cable or unit available from the manufacturer or its customer service department.
WARNING:
- Ensure that the air vents in the appliance’s cavity and the flush-fitting structure are unobstructed.
- Do not use mechanical devices or other means to speed up the defrosting process other than those recommended by the manufacturer.
- Do not damage the refrigeration circuit.
- Do not use electrical appliances inside the wine storage compartment, unless they have been recommended by the manufacturer.
- Do not store explosive substances in this appliance such as aerosols containing flammable propellant gas. This appliance is intended for domestic and similar applications such as:
- kitchenettes reserved for staff of shops, offices and other professional environments;
- gites and use by guests of hotels, motels and other environments which are residential in nature
- hotel rooms;
- the food service industry and other similar applications except for retail sale.

Our biding desire is to accompany your enthusiasm for wine throughout the years… To do so, EuroCave puts all of its know-how into action to bring together the 6 essential factors in optimal wine maturing:
Temperature:
The two worst enemies of your wine are extreme temperatures and sudden fluctuations in temperature. A constant temperature of 10° to 14°C (50 to 57°F) is considered to be ideal for your wine to reach its apogee.
Humidity :
This is an essential factor, enabling corks to retain their sealing qualities. The humidity rate must be higher than 50% (ideally between 60 and 75 %).
Darkness:
Light, and more especially its ultra-violet component, will rapidly prove noxious to your wine by irreversible oxidation of its tannins. For this reason we strongly advise that wines be stored in the dark, far from U.V. light.
Lack of vibration:
Vibration disturbs the slow process of your wine’s biochemical evolution, and is often fatal for the finest wines.
Air circulation:
A constant supply of fresh air prevents mould from developing in your cabinet. EuroCave cabinets benefit from a ventilation system with breather effect, which makes it very similar to the ventilation system of a natural cellar.
Storage:
Moving bottles too often is harmful to wine preservation. Having the right type of storage, which restricts undue handling, is essential.
