WARNINGS CAUTIONS

• LED Fixture installation requires knowledge of luminaire electrical systems.

• Risk of electric shock – disconnect power at source before installation

• Do not make or alter any open holes in an enclosure of wiring or electrical components during installation.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Use screws(2) install mounting plate(2) Junction box(1) (junction box not included)

2. Use wire cap(5)(6)(7) connect wire.

3. Install the fixture body(8), and put on the rubber ring to screw(4), install the screw nut cap tightly.
