This Gigabit Ethernet media converter is a plug -and- play devi ce. Conn ect the su ppli ed A C to DC pow er adaptor to the receptacle on the rear pan el of t he Gigabi t Ether net medi a conv erter , and then attach the plug into a standard AC outlet.
