Thank you for purchasing the Desk Lamp by Etekcity®. This high power,
eco-friendly lamp enables users to adjust lighting brightness and temperature
according to the appropriate application. Whether used to read, study, or relax,
this lamp is automatically set to the best lighting conditions for each use without
the hassle of eye strain or exhaustion. Charge nearly any device with the included
USB charging port. The Desk Lamp also includes a built-in LCD backlight screen
to display time, temperature, and the current date. The lamp also conveniently
features an alarm and snooze function with simple set up. Remove desk clutter
and have both uses in one product, designed with a modern accent. A simpler life
starts here.

Safety Use & Care

• DO NOT attempt to repair, disassemble or modify under any circumstances.

• DO NOT place near any heat source or in direct sunlight.

• Place on a flat, secure surface.

• Only use the supplied AC power adapter to operate the lamp.

• DO NOT use the lamp if the electrical power cord is frayed or damaged.

• DO NOT touch any electrical appliances with wet hands or store near liquid.

• Keep the light and power cord dry and clean at all times.

• DO NOT operate this lamp in damp or moist environments.

• Unplug the adapter when the light is not in use for an extended period of time.

• Clean only with a soft dry cloth. Do not use any solvents or cleaning solutions

when cleaning the lamp.

• Never overload electrical circuits as it may cause an electrical shock or

hazardous fire.

Operation

Lamp Operation

1. Insert the DC plug of the AC/DC adapter into the DC jack of the lamp.

2. Plug the AC/DC adapter into a power outlet and power on the lamp with the
‘ON / OFF’ operation button.

3. To change the color mode, press the desired mode according to its symbol.

4. To change the brightness, press the brightness control buttons to adjust
according to preference.

Alarm Clock Operation

Date and Time Set-Up

1. While in Normal Mode, press the ‘SET’ button to adjust the date and time
settings.

2. Press the ‘UP’ and ‘DOWN’ buttons to adjust to the appropriate setting then
press the ‘SET’ button to proceed to set the next value. Repeat the previous
steps until set-up is complete. The order of set-up is: hour / minute / year /

month / date / exit.

3. When done, the new settings will automatically take place after 1 minute of
inactivity or when the ‘Set’ button is pressed for finalization.

NOTE: While in Normal Mode, the ‘UP’ button can be pressed to switch
between 12 hour and 24 hour clock mode.

Alarm/Snooze Function Settings

1. While in Normal Mode, press ’MODE’ to enter Alarm Mode.

2. While in Alarm Mode, press the ‘SET’ button to adjust the alarm setting

s.

3. Use the ‘UP’ and ‘DOWN’ buttons to adjust settings for each value and press
‘SET’ to confirm each selection. The order of set-up is: hour / minute / snooze
/ music / exit.

4. After setting the alarm and while in the alarm time interface, press the ‘UP’
button once and the alarm icon will appear on the interface, indicating the
alarm is activated.

5. Press ‘UP’ once again and the ‘Zz’ icon will appear on the display indicating
that the snooze function has been activated.

6. Press ‘UP’ once more to disactivate both the alarm and snooze functions. The
corresponding icons will disappear from the display.

NOTE: While in Normal Mode, press the ‘DOWN’ button to convert the
temperature unit.

Charging Devices

To charge a device via USB, insert any USB charging cable to the lamp USB port,
located on the back side of the lamp while the lamp is plugged into a power
outlet. Connect the chargeable device to the cord and charging will automatically
commence.

Note: please remove the insulating sheet in battery compartment before using.

If the ALARM function is activated, when the time arrives the alarm time, the
alarm music will starts and will lasts 1 minute; if SNOOZE function is
activated, after SNOOZE time arrives, the music will starts again. Press any
key (Mode/set/Up/Down) can stop the music.
Note: if you press any key to stop the alarm, the SNOOZE function will also
be stopped.
