Position the electric wire protection at the top of a new
stator.

Position the upper bering housing and slide through the
electric wire and connector from the stator. There may
be a second set of wires and connector when the unit is
equipped with a fl oater level control.
Position the cover of the upper bearing housing.

Position the screw in tightly after having replaced the o-ring
with a new one.
Position a new o-ring and fi t the upper motor cover making
sure not to damage the o-ring. Bring the wire’s connector
out.

Fit a new o-ring as shown to the connector housing as

Position the plastic protection of the condensator.
Turn the motor housing up side down and position it on the
template fi xture. Position the compensating washer “F” at
the bottom of the bearing housing.
After having replaced the ball bearings position the rotor by
making sure the bearing fi ts properly into its housing.

Position a new fi xed face of the mechanical seal into its
housing as well as a new o-ring. Lubricate the o-ring. Slide
the seal housing onto the motor casing making sure not to
damage the mechanical seal face or the o-ring.

Lubricate the rubber of the rotating part of a new mechanical
seal. Fit the seal onto the special tool and slide it down on
the shaft.

Position two new o-rings in their sits on the motor housing
and lubricate them. With caution in not damaging the

Position a new fi xed face of the mechanical seal into its
housing. Lubricate the rubber of the rotating part of a new
mechanical seal. Fit the seal onto the specifi c tool and slide
it down on the shaft.

By means of a syringe fi ll the oil chamber with 55 ml of
ESSO Marcol 82 oil or equivalent.

Begin assembly of the pump by positioning the fi rst impeller

Position the spacer and the washer. Screw on fi rmly the
locking nut.

Check the screw position. The screw must be in the center
of the discharge.
Insert the outside sleeve.

Lubrifi cate the o-ring and insert it between stage and

Tighten fi rmly the six screws “A” in order to provide a pre-
load charge to the discharge head.

Connect the power cable to the stator connector and push
the connector into its housing. In presence of a fl oater level

Assemble the suction strainer.
