Kit. This manual will guide you step by step through the installing of the
decoder and speaker as well as through the provided features.

“costly” experiments.
•The mounting kit is exclusively intended for use with the Rivarossi BR58
only. All configurations are defined for this particular model locomotive.
It may only be operated with the components listed here. Any other use
is not permitted.
•Any wiring has to be carried out while power is disconnected.
•Adhere to the wiring principles as outlined in this manual for wiring the
decoder and speaker.
•Protect the product against wetness.
•No wire may touch metal parts of the loco.

Öffnen Sie den Tender indem Sie die vier Schrauben auf der unteren
Seite des Tenders entfernen.

Entfernen Sie nicht die Verbindungskabel!

3. Allgemeine Eigenschaften / General chracteristics
Dieser Umbausatz enthält einen LokSound Decoder der Generation 3.5
mit 21-poliger mtc-Schnittstelle und einen 28mm-Lautsprecher mit
0,5 Watt Leistung an 100 Ohm. Der Sound auf dem Decoder ist auf die
Rivarossi Baureihe 58 perfekt abgestimmt und kann sofort nach dem
Einbau in Ihre Lok genutzt werden.
This mounting kit consists of a LokSound Decoder of the generation 3.5
with 21-pin mtc-plug an a 28mm speaker with 0,5 Watts power and 100
Ohms. The decoder‘s sound is configurated perfectly to Rivarossi‘s „Baureihe 58“and can be used immediately right after installation into your
loco.

Befestigen Sie den Lautprecher nach unten abstrahlend mit dem
Plastikring unterhalb der Platine.
Install the speaker downwards and fasten it with the plastic ring
underneath the board.
