CROY 3000

Automatic "croissants" line

The CROY-3000 croissant unit is an automatic modern and versatile machine that can be used for producing all types of crois­sants and furthermore, thanks to the special by-pass conveyor belt, allows to perform only the dough cutting obtaining slices of
various shapes and sizes to work subsequently.

Standard features

 Steel structure mounted on wheels.
 Casings partly painted and partly stainless steel.
 Cutting width 550 mm
 Dough calibrator to give uniform sheet thickness and to

joint the dough pieces together avoiding wastes be­tween the heads and tails of the sheets.

 Diameter cylinders calibrators 60 mm, opening 0÷15 mm
 Cutting head of the sheet in 2 stages to avoid sticking to

the mould.

 Differentiated speed of the conveyor belts in order to

channel with regularity the slices into the curling unit.

 Designed for application of interchangeable cutting roll-

ers, easily replaceable.

 Device to collect waste on a container placed under the

cutting head.

 Curling unit for croissants with adjusting levers for cylin-

ders and belts opening, forming products of desired size
and consistency.

Description

Option and cutting roller

 Inox bodywork
 T/U-3000: motorized belt for collecting slices, by-passing

the winding.

 CUTTING ROLLERS complete with discs, to produce dough

slices: triangular (croissants), square, rectangular, round
and oval shape, with measures according to ones needs.
