BITE/F Twin arm mixer with fixed bowl

The BITE twin arm mixer is particularly suitable for processing slack dough and preferably utilised by confectionery workshops,
pastry manufacturers and bakeries wishing to obtain highly slack and developed dough.
The movement of BITE mechanical arms, which resembles that of a baker’s arms, enables to work the dough very gently, thus
reducing heating to a minimum level and conferring volume and oxygen to the dough.

 Gears running in an oil bath.
 24V low voltage electric control panel. Motors protected

 Manual work cycle for models with approx. 40-60-80 kg.
