SET-UP AND OPERATION

PLEASE REVIEW these instructions before beginning the installation. Check that

all parts needed were provided with your order. Contact your supplier if any

operates to your satisfaction.

Set-Up

1. Push the bottom post on the lamp body into the lamp base. Tighten the

screw to secure the lamp body.

2. Connect the cord from the lamp to the power supply.

IMPORTANT: For proper operation, the jack from the lamp must be securely

inserted into the connector from the power supply.

3. Plug the power supply into a standard 115V AC wall outlet.

5. To direct the light as desired, bend the bend the jointed arms and lamp

head in three areas: 1) at the base and 2) where the lamp head meets the
upper arm.

NOTE: Two Allen keys (2.5mm and 4mm) are provided with your order to

adjust the tension at the joints, if desired

6. Swivel the lamp head and swivel the assembly at the base to further direct
the light as desired.

Tap the switch to turn on the lamp to the desired intensity.

• Tap once for maximum light intensity.

• Tap again for approximately two-thirds intensity.

• Tap again for approximately one-third intensity.

• Tap again to turn off the lamp. (The lamp will turn off automatically after
eight hours of use.)
