Thank you for purchasing an

Escali Digital Scale.

Please read the following operation information to ensure the
proper function of your new scale.

Before use

1) Remove the plastic transparent protection from under the battery
in the battery compartment.

2) Remove the transparent protection that is sealed over the display.

How to weigh:

1) Press the “ON/OFF” key. All display segments will appear for
approximately 3 seconds before resetting to zero.

2) Press and hold the “TARE/UNIT” key for 2 seconds to select the
units (g or oz).

3) Place item slowly on the platform.

How to use the “Tare” feature:

This feature allows you to obtain the exact weight of an item in a
container, by subtracting the weight of the container.

1) Press the “ON/OFF” key.

2) Place the container, without the item, slowly on the platform.

3) Press the “TARE/UNIT” key again. The weight of the container
will be removed and the display will reset to “0.0”.

4) Slowly add the item to the container. The display will show the

weight of the item only.

How to clear the “Tare” feature:

1) Remove all items from the platform.

2) Press the “ON/OFF” key twice.

Now the scale is reset to “0.0” and the weight of all items on the
platform will be displayed.

Do not place overweight items on the scale

Weighing items over the maximum weight capacity will cause an
overload “O-L.d” error to display. Immediately remove overweight
items to avoid causing damage to your scale.

Battery Replacement

Replace the batteries when the low battery symbol appears on the
display.

Additional Information

1) Make sure your scale is at room temperature, and on a stable

horizontal surface free of vibration.

2) This scale is not waterproof. Do not expose to moisture.

3) As this scale is a precision instrument, it must be handled with

extreme care. Avoid rough treatment, shaking and vibration.

4) Do not disassemble this scale or the warranty will be void.

5) The display value may be affected by electromagnetic

disturbances such as operating near a radio. If this occurs, move the
device that is causing the disturbance and turn the scale off and
restart.

Um ein optimales Funktionieren Ihrer neuen Waage zu gewährleisten,
lesen Sie bitte untenstehende Bedienungsanleitung genau durch.

Vor Gebrauch:
Entfernen Sie die Plastikschutzhülle über dem Display und die unter den
Batterien im Batteriefach.

Wägen:

1) Drücken Sie die Taste On/Off. Ehe die Waage auf null stellt erscheinen
alle Anzeigeoptionen für circa 3 Sekunden im Display

2) Drücken sie die Taste TARE/UNIT für circa 2 Sekunden und wählen Sie
die gewünschte Gewichtseinheit.(gr, oder oz,)

3) Stellen Sie den Artikel langsam auf die Waage.

Wie benütze ich die Tara Funktion:

Diese Funktion ermöglicht die genaue Gewichtangabe des Artikels in
einem Behälter, ohne das Gewicht des Behälters.

1) Drücken Sie die Taste On/Off.

2) Setzen Sie den Behälter ohne Inhalt langsam auf die Waage.

3) Drücken Sie erneut die Taste TARA/UNIT, das Gewicht des Behälters
erlischt. Das Display zeigt die von Ihnen gewählte Gewichtseinheit auf 0
an.

4) Füllen Sie langsam den Behälter, das Display zeigt nun das Gewicht
ohne Behälter an.

Wie lösche ich die Tara Funktion:

1) Nehmen Sie alle Artikel von der Waage

2) Drücken Sie zweimal die Taste ON/OFF.

Das Display zeigt wieder null an und das Gewicht aller Artikel auf der
Waage wird wieder angezeigt.

Stellen Sie keine Gegenstände auf die Waage die das maximal
zulässige Gewicht überschreiten:

Gegenstände die das maximale Gewicht überschreiten verursachen das
Wort „O-L.d “ im Display. Entfernen Sie den Gegenstand sofort um
Schaden am Gerät zu verhindern.

Ersetzen der Batterien

Die Waage verfügt über eine „leere Batterie“ Anzeige. Wenn das Wort „ LO
“ im Display erscheint, ersetzen Sie bitte die Batterie.

Zusätzliche Informationen

1) Platzieren Sie das Gerät immer auf einer ebenen und stabilen Unterlage.

Benützen Sie das Gerät nicht bei extr em hohen und niedrigen Temperatur en.

2) Dieses Gerät ist nicht wasserdicht.

3) Dies ist ein Präzisionsinstrument, behandeln Sie es mit Vorsicht und setzen

Sie es keinen Schlägen oder Stössen aus.

4) Versuchen Sie nicht das Gerät zu öffnen, durch unsachgemässes behandeln

erlischt der Garantieanspruch.

5) Die Anzeigeleistung des Displays kann durch elektromagnetische

Strahlungen gestört werden. z.B. wenn Sie in der Nähe eines Radios arbeiten.
Sollte dies passieren schalten Sie die Waage ab und entfernen Sie das Gerät
das die elektromagnetischen Strahlungen verursacht.

6) Wenn Sie die Waage länger als 1 Minut nicht benützen schaltet diese

automatisch ab.

Veuillez lire les informations d’opération suivantes pour assurer le
bon fonctionnement de votre nouvelle balance.

Avant l’utilisation :

1) Enlevez la protection transparente en plastique de dessous la pile
dans le compartiment à pile.

2) Enlevez la protection transparente scellée sur l’affichage.

Comment peser :

1) Appuyez sur le bouton Marche/Arrêt. Tous les segments
d’affichage apparaîtront pendant à peu près 3 secondes avant de
se remettre à zéro.

2) Appuyez sur la touche Tare/Unité pendant 2 secondes afin de
sélectionner l’unité de mesure (g, oz).

3) Placez l’article lentement sur le panneau

Comment utiliser la fonction « Tare » :

Cette fonction vous permet d’obtenir le poids exact d’un article dans
un conteneur en soustrayant le poids du conteneur :

1) Appuyez sur le bouton Marche/Arrêt

2) Placer le conteneur sans l’article lentement sur le panneau

3) Appuyez de nouveau sur la touche Tare/Unité. Le poids du
conteneur sera enlevé. La valeur affichée sera remise à 0g/0oz.

4) Remettez l’article lentement dans le conteneur. Ne sera affiché
que le poids de l’article.

Comment effacer la fonction « Tare » :

1) Enlevez tous les articles de sur la plateforme

2) Appuyez deux fois sur la touche Marche/Arrêt

La balance sera remise à 0.0 et le poids de tous les articles sur la
plateforme sera affiché.

Ne placez pas des articles trop lourds sur la balance
Le pesage des articles qui sont au-dessus de la capacité de poids
maximum causera le signalement O-Ld d’être affiché. Enlevez
immédiatement les articles trop lourds pour éviter de nuire à votre
balance.

Installation des piles

Remplacez les piles lorsque le mot « LO » est affiché.

Informations supplémentaires

1) Assurez-vous que votre balance est à la température de chambre
et repose sur une surface stable horizontale sans vibration.

2) Cette balance n’est pas étanche. Ne l’exposez pas à l’humidité.

3) Comme cette balance est un instrument de précision, prenez soin
lorsque vous la manipulez. Evitez de la malmener, secouer ou
faire vibrer.

4) Ne démantelez pas cette balance, sinon le garanti sera annulé.

5) La valeur affichée est susceptible à être influencée par des
perturbations électromagnétiques telles que l’opération près d’un
radio. Dans ce cas, enlevez l’appareil source de la perturbation,
mettez en arrêt la balance et recommencez.

Antes del uso

1) Remueva la protección de plástico transparente debajo de la
batería ubicada en el compartimiento de la batería.

2) Remueva la protección transparente que esta pegada sobre la
pantalla.

Cómo pesar:

1) Presione la tecla “ON/OFF”. Todos los segmentos de la pantalla
aparecerán aproximadamente por 3 segundos, antes que marque
cero.

2) Presione por 2 segundos la tecla “TARE/UNIT” y seleccione la
unidad (g / oz).

3) Coloque el artículo suavemente sobre la plataforma.

Cómo usar la función “Tare”:

Esta función le permite obtener el peso exacto de un artículo en un
recipiente, mediante la substracción del peso del recipiente.

1) Presione la tecla “ON/OFF”.

2) Coloque el recipiente, sin el artículo, suavemente sobre la
plataforma.

3) Presione la tecla “TARE/UNIT”. El peso del recipiente será
borrado y la pantalla volverá a “0.0”.

4) Suavemente agregue el artículo en el recipiente. La pantalla

mostrará el peso del artículo solamente.

Cómo borrar la función “Tare”:

1) Remueva todos los artículos de la plataforma.

2) Presione 2 veces la tecla “ON/OFF”.

Ahora la balanza ha vuelto a “0.0” y la pantalla mostrará el peso de
todos los artículos sobre la plataforma.

No coloque artículos de sobrepeso en la balanza

Pesar artículos sobre la capacidad máxima de peso causará una
sobrecarga y la pantalla mostrará el mensaje de error: “O-L.d”.
Inmediatamente retire los artículos de sobrepeso para evitar dañar
su balanza.

Cambio de Baterías

Reemplace las baterías cuando el símbolo de batería baja aparezca
en la pantalla.

Información Adicional

1) Asegúrese que su balanza se encuentre a temperatura ambiente,

y sobre una superficie horizontal estable y libre de vibraciones.

2) Esta balanza no es impermeable. No la exponga a la humedad.

3) Como esta balanza es un instrumento de precisión, debe ser

manejada con extremo cuidado. Evite tratamientos bruscos,
sacudidas y vibraciones.

4) No desarme esta balanza, si lo hace, la garantía será anulada.

5) El valor mostrado en la pantalla puede ser afectado por

interferencias de ondas electromagnéticas, ocasionadas por ejemplo
por cercanías a teléfonos celulares o radios. Si esto ocurre, retire el
elemento que ocasiona la interferencia y reinicie la balanza.

Wij adviseren u deze gebruiksaanwijzing zorgvuldig te lezen
alvorens tot gebruik over te gaan.

Voor gebruik

Verwijder het stukje plastic onder de batterijen, en de plastic bescherm­folie van het display.

Wegen

1) Druk op de “ON/OFF” toets. Gedurende 3 seconden verschijnen alle
symbolen op het display waarna deze op nul komt te staan.

2) Kies gram of ounces door 2 seconden op de “g/oz” knop te drukken.

3) Plaats uw artikel langzaam op het weegplateau.

Hoe de “Tare” funktie te gebruiken

Met deze funktie kunt u de inhoud van een kom wegen door het gewicht
van de kom te verminderen.

1) Druk op de “ON/OFF”

toets.

2) Plaats uw kom, zonder inhoud, langzaam op het weegplateau.

3) Druk op de “TARE/UNIT” toets. Het gewicht van de kom wordt in
mindering gebracht, en de weegschaal wordt op nul gesteld.

4) Voeg de te wegen inhoud aan de kom toe. De display geeft nu alleen

de inhoud van de kom weer.

Hoe de “Tare” funktie uit te schakelen

1) Verwijder alle artikelen van het weegplateau.

2) Druk 2 maal op de “ON/OFF”

toets.

De weegschaal is weer op nul gezet, en kan de artikelen weer normaal
wegen.

Plaats geen te zware artikelen op het weegplateau

Het wegen van artikelen die de maximale kapaciteit van de weegschaal
overschrijden wordt ten sterkste afgeraden. De display geeft “O-Ld” aan als
dit het geval is. Verwijder onmiddellijk het artikel om schade aan uw
weegschaal te voorkomen.

Vervanging van de batterijen

Vervang de batterijen indien er “LO” op het display verschijnt.

Overige informatie

1) Zorg ervoor dat u uw weegschaal op huiskamertemperatuur gebruikt, en

deze op een stabiele horizontale oppervlakte is geplaatst.

2) Deze weegschaal is niet waterbestendig. Stel het ook niet bloot aan een

vochtige omgeving.

3) Uw weegschaal is een precisie instrument. Het moet als zodanig met

uiterste zorg behandeld worden. Stel het niet bloot aan schudden of
vibratie.

4) Uw garantie vervalt indien u de weegschaal open heeft gemaakt.

5) Electromagnetische velden van bijv. een mobiele telefoon of radio

kunnen de nauwkeurigheid van uw weegschaal beinvloeden. Verwijder het
apparaat dat dit probleem veroorzaakt, en zet de weegschaal opnieuw
aan.
