Manufacturer warrants to the original retail purchaser, this product to be free from defects in material
and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Should this product become
defective due to material or workmanship within the warranty period, contact our Customer Service
Department. If defective by the terms of this warranty, we will, at our option, repair or replace the
product. This warranty is not transferable and does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage
caused by improper handling, installation or use of this product. This warranty is also void if product
is in any way abused, damaged, or modified from its original state. This warranty gives you specific
legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.

Tools Needed: 7/16 Open or Boxed End Wrenches (2) Rachet (optional)
9/16 Open or Boxed End Wrenches (2) 7/16 Socket (If using rachet)
Pliers 9/16 Socket (If using rachet)
Hammer

ASSEMBLY ! DO NOT LEAVE TABLE UNATTENDED
UNTIL ASSEMBLY IS COMPLETE!

1. Attach one non - locking caster #3 and
one locking caster #2 to each caster
rail #1 using one washer #6 and one jam
nut #5, as shown in figure 1. Do not
over tighten jam nuts crushing tubes.
2. Place tube plugs #10 into the ends of
caster rails #1. (See figure 2)
3. Attach one mounting plate #4 to each
side of caster rail #1. Secure using two
bolts #18, and two locknuts #9. Do not
tighten locknuts completely until
instructed. (See figure 3)

4. Assemble other three caster rails using
steps 1 thru 3.

5. Attach two caster rail assemblies to
upright #21 as shown in figure 4.

Secure using two bolts #8 in the top
holes, two bolts #18 in the bottom
holes, and two locknuts #9 on bolts
#8 ONLY. Do not place locknut #9
on bolt #18 until instructed. (See
figure 4) Secure all bolts.
6. Attach remaining two caster rail
assemblies to other upright #21 in
same manner.

7. Place end protectors #25 on safety latch #14
as shown in detail A.
8. Attach safety latch #14 to upright assembly
#21 using the hole
Secure with bolt #8, spacer #19, safety latch
#14, and locknut #9. Do not over tighten
locknuts, safety latches must be free to
pivot.
Secure the eyelet end of safety latch spring
#13 (See detail B) to upright assembly #21
with bolt #18 that was used in step 5, spacer
#12, washer #27, and locknut #9. (See figure
5)
Using a pair of pliers hook spring #13 into
hole in safety latch #14. (See figure 5)
9. Attach other safety latch to other frame
assembly the same way using step 7 and 8.
