U82 Adaptor Kit Installation

Instruction Manual

This manual provides installation instructions for a U82 Adapter Kit for the following machines:

Feed 4004HD w/ M0 blank panel

1. Remove the 3 screws installed in the blank
control panel.

2. Install 6 standos included with U82 control
pendant.

3. Install 3 additional standos provided in this
kit.

4. Install bracket provided with U82 using screws
removed in Step 1.

5. Install U82 pendant in bracket, connect con­trol cable to one of the two 12-pin connectors
on front of feeder, and attach clip-on ferrite core
provided in this kit to U82 control cable.
