TR-29 TWO CYLINDER TRUCK KIT

This kit includes the following components: 1 — Assembled TR-29 Truck Body 1 — Cylinder Support 2 — Chain, 2/0 36" (not illustrated) 2 — Nuts 1/4" x 20 Lock 2 — Washer 1/4" Fender 4 — Screws 1/4"-20 1" Long
To mount Power Source on Truck, proceed as fol­lows:
1. Carefully lift the power source off the floor with a crane or hoist and remove any skids from the base.
2. Lower the unit onto the truck base aligning the two protruding screws on the rear bottom of the power source (see photos above), with the U-slots pro­vided in the truck base. The rear slots are located just in front of the wheel guards. Note also that all protruding bolt heads on the bottom of the power source have a hole drilled in the truck floor for them to pass through. When the Power Source is prop­erly seated on the truck the weight of the unit is on the floor of the truck not the side rails, and the front floor of the truck will be flush with the lower front panel of the Power Source.
4. The cylinder support is installed by first removing the four corresponding (assembly screws) on the top four corners of the power source. (See Figure 4 on reverse side.) Set the support on top of the power source and install the longer screws provided. (Note) If top does not lay flush, loosen screws on handle and retighten after assembly .
(OPTIONAL)
- Install 1/4-20 Lock Nuts on these screws once assembled to the T ruck Kit.

3. If bolting the power source to the base, 2 screws should protrude through the TR-29 Floor from the base of the power source. Attach one .250 flat washer and one .250 lock nut to each screw.
Be sure this information reaches the operator . Y ou can get extra copies through your supplier .

This truck assembly is not intended to be hoisted while attached in any way to a power source. If the unit must be hoisted, the truck assembly must be removed.

5. Adjust cable strain relief bar to suitable height (see Figure 3).

6. To mount cylinders on completed assembly: Slide at least the second link of each chain (678944)
into the center slot of the cylinder support.

When you put the cylinders in place, pull the chain tightly around each cylinder and slide a chain link into the outer slot of the cylinder support. Be sure to pull the link down firmly into each slot to secure the chain so that there is little slack of the chain about the cylinder. DO NOT just "loop" a link over the end of the support.
